Do your Spain

Do your Spain ..the worse experience that we ever had with car rentals .Booked and paid in advance for 7 days ,flight had delayed and as unable to pick up the car on arrival (1am) we return the next day and been told that booking has been lost !?Bearing in mind that we informed them via email about the delay.A very stressful experience not to mentioned the financial loss ,my advice will be to avoid them.

Ordered a £3.50 loaf of sour dough…

Ordered a £3.50 loaf of sour dough bread from Wenzels, Hemel Hempstead. When I got home I thought it was a bit small, so weighed it and it was approx 600g. I don’t mind a 20% increase in price this year, I do mind when you shrink the size of your loaf by 25% at the same time!!! Really not good.....😔

BXLbuds BEWARE

I recently went online and after reading TRUSTED CONSUMER REVIEWS- who had rated BXLbuds No One and claimed they were outstanding and rated TOP in there BEST EAR BUDS!!! went ahead and purchased a pair direct (as suggested by review site) I then searched other customer reviews and was astounded to read how bad they are and their customer was dreadful!, I then tried to cancel my order-10mins after my purchase- and I’m still waiting with no helpful emails from this company!!! OH HOW U WISH I HAD READ CUSTOMER REVIEWS FIRST!!! PLEASE BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY FROM BXLBUDS

about how helpful they where with regards to a,
situation all my own making and they really stepped
up to the plate were very understanding and helpful,

This review is about D.F.S again.

This review is about D.F.S again.
After writing 3 reviews already l have no choice but to write another one.
After the last review l wrote D.F.S sent a reply asking me to contact Head office so l rang the number that a lady called Lauren Siviter put on there but it wasn't Head office at all it was customer service who l have rung at least 50 times to get help, but they don't or can't help with the problem, they said they would send an email to Head office and l would have a call with 48 hours.
New foam for my corner sofa was ordered on the 24th December 2021 this is a new sofa which was delivered in September 2021.
When l spoke to customer service on the 13th April l was told Head office would ring me within 48 hours but 48 hours have now passed and still no phone call.
My patience has run out with this company it's been 1year in May since ordering this sofa, so my next option is to get in touch with the Ombudsman.
I paid £3.500 for this furniture so l except some kind of response from this company.
No one wants to help.

Vauxhall Bristol north worst car buying experience I’ve ever had

A reminder to check what the in house warranty is worth. In my experience nothing. As I live at the bottom end of Cornwall the funny man Sean (sales manager) thought it ok for me to take a couple of days of work travel to them for investigation then return on a separate date to have the issue resolved.
The issue turned out to be a defective n/s front suspension strut. Obviously missed on there technicians multi point check pre sale.
This cost me over £400 to repair. I paid for this as it was more cost effective than taking 2 days of work and the cost of travel. Also the knowledge that there highly qualified technicians had missed such a fault, did I really want them working on the car. My advice is—-
If you bar a car here have it independently checked by a mechanic you know and trust.
There were other minor issues which I believe should have been picked up. Also a thousand miles later I had a peculiar noise from the rear n/s axle. Thought it was wheel bearing No. what I believed to be a brand new tyre had peeled and separated.
This has been a bad experience.I can honestly say the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. As I 63 you can guess I’ve bought a few.

Waveney Heating and Plumbing - Very poor standard of workmanship

Having unfortunately used Waveney Plumbing and Heating (Beccles, Suffolk) to install a new (top of the range) Grant oil fired boiler, we have had nothing but problems with very poor workmanship and poor attitude to after sales service. Our new boiler utilises a pressurised water system for better heating distribution and operates at 2 bar (29 PSI). This pressure should be maintained if the system is leak free and operating correctly, but has not! We had been assured by the installer that there would not be a problem interfacing the new boiler with our current radiators, but if a small leak was encountered any leak could be quickly dealt with. The system is just 10 months old and we have suffered continued pressure drops which needs topping up sometimes weekly.

We asked Waveney to come and re-inspect the system, but they refused to come out to check. One note left by them informed us that we should contact our insurance company as there was a problem was most likely with our radiator system. This has leak has now been fixed by another boiler maintenance engineer.

Saturday 2nd April my wife and I came home to a horrendous leak coming through the light fittings, ceiling boards, walls and onto the carpets. With staining in the ceiling and the carpets we will need new a hall carpet and a full redecoration of our hallway and toilet area. Fortunately we were able to locate a another plumber who kindly came out and fixed the problem.

If you are considering a new system and live in the Waveney area please be very very careful before considering using this company as they have refused to attend any issues and don’t even like getting back to you.

Tesco home delivery… After arranging for a home delivery due to the fact that I’m having twins and couldn’t get to the shops I paid for next day delivery to be delivered between seven and eight. I was notified that the delivery would be at 10 PM. After no notification I called Tesco to be informed that it would be well after 11:00 PM I was informed that the driver was in a traffic jam with 10 fire engines and told that my delivery would be delivered two days later. So I called Tesco this morning to see if they could fit me in for today as yesterday delivery wasn’t sentI was told by the supervisor that he would call me back after waiting nearly 3 hours I had to phone them again after spending nearly an hour on the phone!! I was told that my delivery was indeed pushback for yet another 12 hours more , I’m now waiting for a supervisor to call me which at the moment has failed !!if I could go out and do my shopping then I wouldn’t be doing a Home shop in the first place this is the second time this has happened with me with Tesco’s so please be aware choose anyone other than Tesco’s that’s if you don’t want to spend an entire day on the phone complaining and starving at the same time!!im still waitiing!!!

Congratulations kogan for winning hands down the award for the worst company to deal with your product is crap your drivers our rude your service is non existent you don’t have a phone number bescause you don’t want people calling you about your crap products and crap service you should provide your drivers with a brain app so when they tell you they our 6 minutes away and you run to make sure your there only to find out that mr peanut brain has gone to the wrong address and 2 weeks later still nothing I give up not worth the anxiety

Don't book with on the Beach hpilday

We booked a holiday with on the Beach another company that gets no thumbs up they were supposed to contact us about our PCR tests they didn't when we were in Tenerife we had to pay for them ourselves and trying to contact them is a joke DO NOT BOOK WITH ON THE BEACH.IF you need them esp if u are abroad you will be 98th in the q .Ruined the last few days of our holiday when we contact them about PCR tests they say it's the PCR company fault the PCR company says it's on the Beach holidays,so don't bother we still have got our money back since last November.

Great customer service.

Just would like like to say as follow up to a previous email for v4 in which I highly recommended them and the person who assisted me with my problem to which the recommendation was given was Imdrani thier accounts manager who's help and kindness restored my faith in humanity and is the definition of great customer service.

DPD not at all customer friendly

Trying to get a parcel from dpd is impossible and there customer service team do not know the meaning of the word. I have just had a weekend of trying to get a parcel off them with no success. I contacted the supplier this morning to help out and they also had less than a satisfactory solution so they are having to send a replacement via APC. If you have a business and value your customers pick a delivery company that has your business interest at heart and not dpd who will lose your stock deliver it to the wrong address and frustrate you when you need to get a product to the end user, they fight against you, upset you and help you lose a customer.

Natuzzi….poor quality/customer service

Back in June 2021 we gave the Natuzzi store at Birstall Leeds a good review based on our “in store purchase experience”. However, since receiving the goods, our view on this company has become very disappointing.

In June 2021 we purchased a £2,000 plus Natuzzi sofa bed.
After 10/12 weeks of waiting we took delivery and placed the sofa in our newly furnished occasional room.

By early November 2021 and to our astonishment, we found that the springs on the base were rusting causing them to stain the mattress. Added to this, the rust was and still is, dropping onto our newly laid carpet causing brown staining.

Natuzzi sent a furniture contractor to the our home in November to view the problem. However we are now in the middle of February 2022, with still no signs or urgency of the Natuzzi store or Natuzzi direct rectifying the problem. In early December I was informed it would be 6 weeks to resolve.

The rust has spread and is now causing staining on our carpet.

Natuzzi Customer Services…..They no longer reply to my emails when I ask for updates.

Natuzzi Store…..The reply’s weak are of “lip service” standard and do not answer my questions. I receive replies late on a Friday evening saying I’m now not in until next Wednesday and will chase up then.

This is a poor quality product and pathetic customer service from a company who charge high end prices. Plus, it looks like it is now causing other issues with stains on our carpet and rust gathering on the sofa fabric.
