Wright Surveys Omdömen

Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend paying the extra money for the Level 3 survey.

Prompt and punctual.

Great communication and thorough survey . Would highly recommend.

Wright Surveys was recommended to us by our mortgage broker and we couldn't have been happier! As first time buyers, we were new to the process and didn't understand how all the pieces connect. Andrew took the time to have an introductory call and clarify any questions we had. Andrew is incredibly approachable, professional and conveys technical matters in a clear and concise way. Andrew went above and beyond for us by checking some of our documents. The report produced was extremely thorough, clear and well laid out. I cannot recommend Andrew enough!! By far the best surveyors out there!

Very quick response, polite and helpful even after I received the survey back. Completed ahead of schedule with regular correspondence and thorough checks.

Wright surveys wher recommended to us by mortgage provider.
I spoke with Andrew and asked for the highest survey they did. He then spoke with me and only recommended the level 2 due to the age of the property and other reasons saving us money, a lot of other people would of just went with it for the money instead of their expertise.
Harry was in constant contact with us offering further information.
Andrew visited the property and have a very detailed report giving us the evidence we needed to go back to the seller with.
I didn’t understand a couple of bits but Andrew very quickly and patiently answered all queries promptly.
Would happily recommend to anyone

Excellent company to deal with, any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly.
Would definitely recommend to others

Harry and Andy have been excellent throughout the whole process. Quick to respond and professional. Thanks 😊

Excellent and professional service throughout the entire process

Great communication. Clear pricing for various levels of survey. Prompt and detailed report following the survey.

I wish to thank Harry Sandford of Wright Surveys Ltd for carrying out our Homebuyer survey. Harry made the whole process very easy to understand as he took time to explain what needed to be done. They are offer a very efficient service and our questions were thoroughly answered. I would recommend this company to others seeking a survey without any hesitation. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Great communication and a full house inspection was carried out thoroughly and results were quick. Thank you!

Cannot fault Wright’s surveys! As a first time buyer with plenty of questions and an amount of naivety, Andrew was more than helpful whenever we communicated, I always came away wiser. Their price is competitive and the survey we received (besides being very positive) was very detailed and clearly outlined all relevant information, without the confusing property jargon which many may not understand. They came recommended via the estate agency we used AND our solicitor, but despite that I took time to review and vet other surveyors yet came back to Wright’s and am glad we done so. They’re readily available on the phone to answer questions and we had no issues booking our survey within a timescale we wanted. I’d highly recommend the guys there and would use them again for any further property purchases.

First class company. This is the second time we have used Wright Surveys as our first property fell through.
We dealt with Harry this time who provided us with a very detailed report.
I would highly recommend

Very efficient service and our questions were answered thoroughly. Would recommend this company to others seeking a survey.

An exceptional company to deal with. The report was prompt, professional, comprehensive which has enabled us to ask more questions on parts of the house we would have missed. But much more than just the report the before and after service from Andrew, where nothing is too much trouble to mean we now have a report that has provided peace of mind in purchasing our next home.

Very helpful and report was done very quickly👍

Wright surveys provided a very prompt, efficient and professional service and we felt they gave us all the information we needed to make an informed choice about our house purchase. We chose to have the more detailed survey done, and it was in-depth, full of information, photographs and good advice about how to care for certain areas in the future.

Wright Surveys are to me a very professional company providing an ‘A’ Class service. The survey was very thorough and the report very detailed. I would definitely recommend this company and their services.
I feel confident in purchasing my new home with the extensive information I have received.
Thank you Wright Surveys for keeping me well informed and for your patients when you could not get access to provide your service.

We thought the survey was very thorough and it highlighted a problem with a flat roof that allowed us to negotiate a reduction in the price of the property.

Highly recommend this company.
I dealt with Andrew, who called me 10 minutes after my mortgage broker referred me to him.
He got us booked in swiftly for a homebuyers survey and had our report done extremely quickly.
He has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, keeping me updated constantly and has made the journey of buying our first home so much easier.
