WPExperts Omdömen

I recently had an issue with the address autocomplete functionality on my website, and I am incredibly impressed with the level of support I received. The team was extremely responsive, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it in no time. Their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional, and my website is now working perfectly.

The plugin itself is seamless and easy to integrate, but the standout feature has to be the support team—quick response times and effective solutions. I would highly recommend this plugin to anyone looking for reliable functionality and outstanding customer service. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

The technical support team was amazing in helping us with the entire setup of the quote plugin. They guided us through every step, making sure the integration was smooth and tailored to our specific needs. Their patience and attention to detail were outstanding.

The plugin itself is user-friendly and has transformed the way we handle quotes, making the process much more efficient.

Highly recommend it for anyone looking to streamline their quoting system!

The service was good. Although not all issues were resolved immediately. However, the support person was persistent through the resolution process.

Support reacts superfast and solves problems very quickly

I had some issues with the php snippet. I got in touch with the support team and I must say the response was very prompt. I got the issue resolved and the snippet is working like a charm using php and javascript.

I bought some stuff from here and i must say, the NON robotic check-ins are amazing. The fact that the developer's actually check up and see if we are satisfied or if their plugin is actually doing its job is excellent. I'm extremely satisfied and will alwyas highly recommend them.

Great support team

This plugin have awesome features with a awesome support team. I just get a issue in my site with this plugin and contacted the support team and they tried their best to fix my issue. Really appreciated 😊👍

Perfect support. They helped me figure out my problem in less then 24 hours. I'm very happy with the result and they even gave me tips to figure the problem out myself the next time.

Very happy!

Very good support, thanks to Aqib.

Great prompt support for an issue I had.

Email support to start but then had a call where the support engineer was very helpful and patient.

So in short great support for a great product!

WP Experts is a great plugin. But the support you receive elevates it to the next level. Aqib has been a huge help with the office 360 integrations we needed. Really prompt and friendly effective help. Very impressed.

Excellent app and customer service from Aqib Khan. Was very helpful. Turned out to be a problem with my email provider, not the app. Have used this WordPress app for years and never had any issues. This app is both straightforward to use and user-friendly.

He has worked hard and with interest to solve several problems diligently

They were very Responsive when I had an issue with the plugin, which ended up being my fault. I wish all customer service was as good as them, the plugin is great and just works!

I had a great support experience with Aqib Khan troubleshooting an issue with Post SMTP. All email responses were within an expected 24 hours for the severity of the issue, and he was not hesitant to schedule a Zoom call at my convenience when we needed to work on the issue real-time.

I am Highly impressed with the level of service he offered. He was quick, intelligent and good communicator. Easily catch my problem and offered the exact solution that worked for me in one go. @Aqib Khan

Aside the fact that the plug-in does exactly what it says it does and helps a ton with my online payments, I had a problem and they quickly fixed it directly on my site. Very professional and available team and always ready with a solution. 5 deserved stars!
