I like this service
I don't fly very often, but when I do, I always buy tickets through wowtickets. The website is easy to use, great selection of flights and convenient filters where you can adjust everything even the departure time, this saves a lot of time.
The process of buying tickets is simplified, so I can buy them in 10 minutes. I only had to contact support one time to find out the flight details - they replied to my email within an hour and explained everything in detail and politely.
The issue I faced was the long wait for the tickets to arrive in my email. The flights were booked two hours prior, and only after the status changed to ""issued"" did the tickets finally arrive.
Turns out it wasn't anything worth worrying about. Otherwise, I did not notice any disadvantages whilst using this service, there were no problems during the flights either. So if you’re looking for a service that’s easy to use and where tickets can be bought quickly, I would recommend these guys)
