The payment process was seamless, and tickets were delivered to me promptly after the purchase. Adding the tickets to Apple Wallet was easy while driving to the stadium, meaning that there was no hassle searching for confirmation emails or messages when getting ready for entry. Scanning the tickets was seamless too, and we got into the venue in a few minutes. What’s more, the seating arrangements were clearly visible from my phone.

Frode. L'azienda ha creato delle pubblicità su Instagram che portavano direttamente all'acquisto, ma i biglietti sono falsi. Nessuna risposta dall'assistenza.
Biglietto falso - non rispondono alle richieste. Come da ordine n. MP0ZX7SY2F del 11/05/2026, mi hanno inviato il biglietto per il concerto del 17/10/26 degli Strokes a Bologna, ma chiaramente falso ed invalido. Non rispondono alle richieste di rimborso e chiarimenti. Li denuncerò.
I wouldn’t trust them. Their reviews (which for me are clearly fake) are from January 2026, while the tickets for The Strokes only went on sale in April.

Trattasi di truffa! Nel momento in cui me ne sono reso conto ho provato a contattare Owticket per chiedere spiegazioni ed il rimborso del biglietto fake, ma non c'è stato modo di comunicare con loro.
I purchased 4 tickets for The Strokes concert in Bologna (Italy) through this site, and it was a terrible mistake. Do not be fooled by the fact that you can add tickets to Google Wallet; that does not mean they are valid.The tickets provided are completely illegal according to Italian regulations:No Fiscal Seal (S.F. code): In Italy, a "Sigillo Fiscale" is mandatory by law (Law 145/2018). These tickets don't have it, which means they are invalid for entry.Verification Failed: I tried to verify the codes on the official platforms (TicketOne/Ticketmaster), and the system does not recognize them. They are likely duplicate or counterfeit files.No Support: I have emailed their support multiple times asking for a refund, but they are completely ignoring me.This is a predatory secondary ticketing site selling non-compliant tickets. Do not waste your money here, or you will be left standing outside the venue. I am now forced to start a chargeback through my bank (Revolut).STAY AWAY.
