Returning customer to buy an iPhone 13 and just like my previous purchase was a 5 star experience. Great communication throughout and prompt delivery without issue.
Waiting for 10 days for in iphone…
Waiting for 10 days for in iphone 13...which is the same price as on amazon prime next day delivery is not acceptable. I ordered so many times from wow camera and was happy about it. This is my last order.
Still waiting for the parcel because UPS is ..delaying my parel.

POOR AFTERSALES
Poor aftersales, once purchased if anything goes wrong WORST aftersales you can imagine, dragging a whole process out wasting time and making it stressful.
They maybe slightly cheaper but the service is crap to reflect that.
You would be better off paying that little bit more and getting top aftersales service elsewhere.

Don't use if VAT registered.
Ordered a very expensive phone which was received as described within a few days. Cannot fault the service or goods from that perspective.
However if you are VAT registered and can reclaim the VAT you will find goods cheaper from a direct UK purchase (I spent £73.80 more than I could have bought it for on the high street effectively). Alarm bells should have rung when the commercial invoice attached said the goods value was £20 instead of the £1394 it actually was. I was told I could not have a VAT invoice or reclaim VAT. I suspect they ship without the relevant insurance either to keep costs down, which is why you'll see a few complaints about peoples things going missing in transit and having difficulty getting a refund. I won't be ordering from them again as I'm sure there is some tax dodging going on somewhere along the line.

Shame I had to give one star, they don’t even deserved that.
Appalling after sales service.
I purchased a iPhone back in November 21 which I never received, after numerous emails, telephone calls all I kept being told was they were waiting on DHL, Sally kept trying to come across professional in her emails but kept contradicting herself.
They took days to return emails, days trying to get through on their phone lines which was very frustrating when you spent nearly £1000 and two months on not go no replacement or refund. I requested a manager to call me as Sally said they were on the case but no one called.I finally managed to deal with DHL myself to be told and confirmed in an email that my parcel has been LOST IN TRANSIT and that WOWCAMERA had been notified of this, weeks on that same evening Sally had said they were still awaiting on DHL.
I emailed her the confirmation from DHL which they ignored again for days and then said my manager is awaiting confirmation from DHL, absolute rubbish as I received my email confirmation the same day as my call to them.
At one point wow camera said if you don’t trust us you can go back through PayPal but I could loose the dispute, so would be best to trust them.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS.
After I provided all the information they required for my refund I have never heard from them since. I didn’t go to PayPal which I purchased through I went to my credit card company who did a charge back and today I finally after 3 months of unneeded stress have received my monies back.
Don’t go through PayPal as you loose a lot of rights SECTION 75 always go through your credit card better still don’t even purchase through PayPal.
I brought from this company a couple of years back and everything was fine, what I have established is if everything runs along fine all is good but if you don’t receive or have a problem with your item the AFTERSALES IS RUBBISH they are not interested
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I would rather pay that little extra and get the service you should receive.
BANDITS, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Ordered an IPad Pro and like a lot of folk was sceptical as the price seemed too good to be true. Paid via PayPal with assurances if anything went wrong I was covered. Emailed customer service to see when the item would be shipped and if I would receive it in time for Christmas. Got a nice email from Sally who couldn’t guarantee it due to the busy Christmas period. Low and behold Ordered on the 19th December and received on the 24th. Yes it came from Hong Kong but was tracked via UPS all the way. IPad was Brand new and sealed. Saved over £600 compared to the Apple store. What’s not to like about this company. Would highly recommend. Thank you WOWCamera.

WowCamera is the worst company I have ever dealt with; never in the many years that I have shopped online, have I ever come across such an unprofessional, rude and dishonest company.
The phrase "If it's too good to be true, it probably is" could not have been more apt in my experience with WowCamera.
This company appears to be legitimate when you come across their website and read through the mostly positive reviews on Trustpilot, however it is nothing more than an elaborate facade.
WowCamera may appear to be a UK based company, give the ".co.uk" suffix on their website address, but they are actually based in Hong Kong (the place where their PayPal account is also managed). If I had known this information prior to purchasing an expensive product from them, I would have avoided them at all costs. However, the only international address mentioned on their website is for Luxembourg, with no mention of Hong Kong at all.
When I first came across the product that I wanted to purchase on their website, I was sceptical at first, but after speaking to their UK Team over the phone, they assured me that they are completely legitimate, and they do follow the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
After I purchased the product from their website, I received my delivery via DHL in good time and I thought that everything would be fine.
Unfortunately, the product that I bought turned out to be faulty with multiple issues and I therefore had to no choice but to ask for full a full refund. This is something which happens all the time for a UK retailer (be it online or in-store), so I was expecting it to be a normal experience.
However, it turned out that WowCamera are a bunch of pathological liars, who do not like it when a UK customer exercises their right to return a faulty product back, in exchange for a full refund that they are legally entitled to ask for.
My experience with their main customer representative Sarah was completely awful, because despite her ability to construct well-worded emails, she did not understand the issues that I had with the product and therefore would not process a full refund for me.
I had to get PayPal involved (another total shambles of a company) to try and resolve this matter, so that I could safely get a full refund. I would have requested my credit card company to resolve this issue instead, however they were unable to help, due to PayPal's involvement and subsequent removal of the Section 75 Credit Card protection.
It was a painstaking process to get PayPal to issue me with a full refund, and in that time, I received numerous emails from WowCamera, including a strongly worded email from their manager who tried to defend Sarah, even when their company was wholly in the wrong.
Eventually, PayPal ruled the dispute in my favour and ordered WowCamera to issue me with a full refund, however I was asked to ship the product to Hong Kong (with my own money), instead of Luxembourg (which is clearly advertised on their website as a place for returns, not Hong Kong).
This was a completely unacceptable thing for me to have to do, because the shipping fees to Hong Kong are very expensive for the product that I was returning, and it required taking out insurance.
Multiple couriers refused to ship the item back, as it was classed dangerous goods and therefore contraband. When I confronted WowCamera about this, they were very nonchalant and instead claimed that previous customers had returned products (like that one that I had purchased) via Royal Mail for a low price. This had to be a complete lie, as Royal Mail clearly state on their website (under Prohibited and restricted items) that they do not allow electronic items to be sent internationally.
Given the fact that multiple couriers do not allow certain electronic goods to be sent internationally, WowCamera were clearly trying to put me in a position where I would lose out on my refund or had to find a special courier who charges a high price for shipping dangerous goods. Either way, WowCamera wanted to cause me financial loss, even though that clearly goes against the 2015 UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I spoke to which.co.uk and even the Citizens Advice Bureau about what I could do to resolve this issue, but neither were able to properly help me as WowCamera were based in Hong Kong, and technically not a UK based company.
So, I was able to send the faulty product back to WowCamera's Hong Kong address via UPS (the only company willing to send it) and therefore had to pay the shipping fees in full, knowing that WowCamera would never reimburse me, thanks to their violation of the Consumer Law and PayPal's gross incompetence.
Throughout this experience, I felt powerless against WowCamera and that is why they should be avoided at all costs. They are not a UK based company, and they will not respect you or the law.

I ordered 2 iPad Pro for Xmas, I was a bit concerned as this was a site I’ve never used before, we all know Argos and Amazon, so this was something I was a bit unsure of. I rang the site and got lots of information to ease my concern and lots of help. I received the iPads today, and although I haven’t took the sealed wrapper off (I’ll leave that for Xmas day) the iPads are exactly what I ordered, very securely wrapped, not touched or opened, absolutely brand new, I am really pleased especially as I saved £200 on each iPad, they were £200 more on Amazon. Thankyou to sites like this which enables us to save.

I couldn’t have asked for better the service was fantastic. I ordered an Apple IPad Pro tablet and I must say I was very wary as the price was so good I thought it must be a con, I had never heard of WowCamera…after ordering I was contacted to see if I wanted to upgrade the shipping to faster shipping as it happens I would have only wanted fast delivery if the IPad could get to me 3 days later but as the weekend was around I thought it was not worth it, however as I was a new customer they did upgrade me free of charge. I did ask them at the time how they could offer such good prices and they said it was because they got the tablet from outside the UK and they would supply and adaptor. On arrival the IPad was well wrapped on the outside and the iPad came in an unopened original Apple box, stuck to the outside of the box was an adaptor. The iPad came with an American plug which quite honestly I don’t find a problem as you have the adaptor even if that bothers you you could still buy an original Apple UK plug and still save a lot of money! So definitely buy in confidence from WowCamera! Furthermore I was in constant touch with a lovely and very efficient person -Sally- all throughout via email and she did a great job at keeping me in touch and reassuring me until I received my IPad!
