No sooner had I written my first review, here I am again, compelled to leave a second review! Yes, WOWCamera provides great products at great price points, but I returned for the outstanding customer service. Looking for a gift for a family member, I knew I would be taken care of. Suffice it to say, from the point of ordering to following up with me to ensure the item arrived safely, I only wish other companies delivered great customer experience like Sally and the rest of the team! Thank you again for making the event more memorable by ensuring everything went to plan!

The communication and personal assistance with WOW Camera was second to none. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I bought a Sony Xperia 1 III at a very competitive price whch is much cheaper than the price offered by the services provider as well as not necessary to spend the expensive monthly service fee. One year UK warranty is reassuring, and the phone was delivered on the 7th working days after ordered within their guaranteed schedule.

Good value and even better customer service, always very helpful and responsive over the phone or email. Strongly recommend.

Bought a new Nikon D500 (which is hard to find these days) at a very competitive price. Happy with purchase and service. Seems that DHL was a bit slow but all arrived safely.

I ordered after reading reviews. I was a bit nervous, but went for it. After 5 days I emailed and received a prompt reply, which was reassuring. Then an email when it was dispatched, then I was able to track. It was delivered today, ten days after ordering. Very pleased.

With Wowcamera reply: it was on offer with 1 year UK warranty so faulty phone should be repaired by the Xiaomi service in the UK. I was offered to send the phone to Hong Kong and pay for the package on my own....

I bought Xiaomi 11 in November and it is faulty I contacted Xiaomi service and Wowcamera as it supposed to be on 1 year UK warranty and it is not. Xiaomi service do not provide the warranty and Wowcamera proposed to send it to Hong Kong for a warranty repair.

I will be honest, I was a little skeptical that my Sony Experia 1 iii was £350 cheaper than the nearest competitor, but the reviews here made me go for it.
And I am writing this review on the new phone!
Amazing service. Emails keeping you in the loop at every stage. Tracking numbers provided. What's not to like.

Fast and efficient with good communication

I was a little reluctant to buy from this website given some of the previous reviews, but I shouldn’t have been.
The order arrived early, I had great communication with Sally, and my husband seems very happy with his new phone. Can’t fault the service and would use the website again!

An amazing company I've bought my last three phones from them! The last one i bought recently a Samsung Galaxy S20 but ordered the S21 and wanted to change it, wowcamera resolved the issue and changed it to the S20 which is in perfect condition and i am very happy with the phone and service. Would definitely recommend!!!

I did call them to ask when my phone will be sent and there was no answer, ok but when contacted them VIA email there was instant reply and since then all went very well.

Had a great experience dealing with wowcamera. I placed an order for the new Sony Xperia pro I at a great price on the 9th Feb, I was due to go away on the 21st so contacted them to see if it was possible to get the item early. They were able to send the item early at a small cost which enables me to get my phone in time for my holiday.

I ordered a new phone which came really fast with the quick delivery, I'm really happy with the service i received from wowcamera great communication all the way from order to delivery I'd definitely recommend

Ordered a robot vacuum, was the best price I could find online but was worried as hadn't heard of the site before and the delivery was up to 10 days but tried it out and email them the day after asking about how quickly I could get it.

They replied in a few hours saying it would be shipped the next Monday and delivery came yesterday.

My lens was delivered by DHL (I prefer them to certain other couriers), safely packed and in pristine sealed by Nikon packaging. It does everything a f/1.2 Nikkor should. My only frustration was that for a week the consignment was shown as being between Southampton and Stanstead, neither of which are close to my address. I would happily recommend WOW but be ready for the delivery to take at least two weeks.
