The magnetic lashes from Wosado arrived in a very pretty case, which made a great first impression. However, the product itself didn't live up to the online photos; the lashes were much thinner than expected. A major downside is the lack of customization—there are no options to choose a specific length during checkout. I only found out this information after they arrived.

Be aware of their return policy: if you aren't satisfied, you’ll be hit with a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping. Word to the wise: make sure you’re willing to lose that money if they don’t work out for you.

This product is absolutely rubbish, they don’t go on easy nor stay on, don’t bother purchasing this product I’ve wasted $87.00 I’ll just go to the professional salon.

They are absolute garbage i spent 100.00 on 2 pair and they suck one pair i cant get apart and neither pair hook onto my lashes just another scam

This is a great idea but the product is awful. I've watched every tutorial and they're still impossible to put on. Once you get them on, if you can even get them on, they're so far away from the base of your lashes that they look ridiculous. I would like to return them but their policy is that you can only return unopened and unused items. I would not buy this product.

At first I thought it is the one for me, after look at their instagram and YouTube reviews I decided to buy it, For the price, the quality just doesn’t match — they too expensive for what you actually get. I ordered them on the 7th and they didn’t arrive until the 22nd, so shipping took quite a while.
they’re also not very comfortable to wear. Personally, I’d rather stick with traditional glue-on lashes instead.

Delivery was reasonably fast. All products including the free one arrived and intact. Love how compact the whole thing is.
I've only tried them on, not for a whole night out but pretty easy to use and once I've had them on properly not uncomfortable at all. I felt them less than the glued ones. And I love how they look!

Products are not working, and the Latvia representative office refuses to make a refund. 1* for product and 1* for service. Disappointed.

Ordered two pairs one was good but one didn’t work on arrival, part of the magnet came broken so never was even able to try that pair on properly. Shipping was an absolute nightmare took so long to arrive. Never got the lash fixer which I paid for.

As for the pair that does work, they do look nice and are so much quicker and easier than strip lashes but it is obvious you’re wearing magnetic lashes and they don’t look good if you’re too close. The magnets are definitely visible.

I wanted to love it and it’s very convenient if you just need lashes for photos but I won’t buy from wosado again.

Also for all thick lash girlies the pair I got that I like is velvet black which is supposed to be one of their thickest and honestly, it’s too natural for my liking. If you want anything more than a classic lash extension look then wosado won’t be for you

It is impossible to put them on- theyŗe so uncomfortable!! They dont stick together, they just dont match to a 50 USD worth product. For 3 bucks maybe. Wosado advertise it as a comfy and easy to use product, but in reality its totally un- user friendly. Do NOT recommend. Also- all comments in IG and FB are either closed or filtered- thats a sign of a crappy product!

I ordered my lashes September 11 and have not received. My latest tracking update said the company used counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. The whole process has been really sketch. I’m asking for a full refund and will updated on how that process goes. I wanted to leave a review to warn others and let people know I would be wary ordering from this company.

My eyelashes still don't arrive. I got them on the 16 August and ow it's 5 September. Which means +15 business day that it's been taking. The delivery update has not been updating since 6 days , it says Clayton South ready to deliver since then ... They don't reply Instagram messages or emails. Only the chinesse delivery company has been replying and theydon't know what happened. Thing is I'm leaving Australia so if I can't receive now I will never be able to recieve them. And they are too freaking expensive for that to happen.

I was excited to receive my eyelashes based on the positive reviews but when I tried them on they would not stay on and looked completely different to what was advertised. I contacted live chat several times but there was no response at all. I have also used their number and WhatsApp them and have not received a response I pay £40 and I am unsure whether I will be given a refund as I am not satisfied with the product as advertised.

I placed an order in mid-July and it said their delivery time is between 5-10 days. I haven't heard from them after 3 weeks so I'm contacting them several times trough email. I'm not getting a response to my email and my product still hasn't arrived after 2 month.

This product simply doesn’t work. I thought this is a good idea and I was very excited to try it, after doing my research I opted for this product, which I paid premium for, however after fiddling with it for an hour and followed the instructions to the dot, I simply cannot get it to work. I think the top magnet of the applicator is too strong that I cannot remove the applicator without removing the lashes as well - it doesn’t work!!! This is a scam company with absolutely rubbish product that rips you off.

When I contacted customer service I was treated like a criminal, absolutely ridiculous

Customer service was amazing. My order came in damaged, and contacted them to do an exchange for new lashes. They answered within hours saying that to save my time and energy, they would just send me a replacement without me having to send the damaged ones.

Eight months in and my lashes are still going strong. I wasn’t expecting them to be this durable, but they’ve lasted way longer than others I’ve tried.

The lashes don’t stick together no matter how hard or long I press the tool together. Maybe I got a bad pair but they are utterly useless for 70 dollars. And the fact that you have to pay for shipping back to China if you want to return is a no go for me.

I would give a zero if that's an option. I placed order 10 days ago and received a shipping email with tracking. It seemed going smooth at first but after waiting 10 days I received an email telling me the sender picked up the package and it's returned to the sender. I called, emailed and went on live chat but absolutely no one and no response at all. I am curious on how the positive reviews came from and I feel they are not real customers who posted them. I feel completely scammed and I am mad I wasted my hard earned money to these scammers. BEWARE!!!

I had a frustrating experience with this company regarding a promised gift. They claimed to have shipped my order before I even provided my order number on WhatsApp—and before I was even informed about the gift option. When I reached out for clarification, they told me I would need to place another order to receive the gift.

This feels deceptive and like an attempt to make me spend more money instead of honoring their original offer. I expected better honesty and customer service. Very disappointing.

Received package within 10 days. Easy application. An issue arose with my order but the Wosado team was able to fix it immediately. Would recommend purchasing next time!
