Don’t believe any of those influencer reviews, these things are absolute garbage and they’ve been deleting or hiding negative comments on their posts about their product.

I would give this a zero if I could. DON’T BUY!!!!!!!! Don’t fall for the gimmick like I did. I just bought and tried many times! It is very difficult to put on! And the applicator is flimsy and should have some sort of rubber on the handles so it doesn’t slip off your hands. Once you drop it the lashes fall off and you will have one hell of a time finding it. I lost the upper one and never wore these successfully. I’m so disappointed especially marketing toward Asian eyes. Again it is not worth it and you will waste your money and time! I’m going to post this where ever I can so others don’t fall for this.

Sadly, this is one more internet scam. I can't tell you what the product is like because it hasn't arrived. Repeated enquiries and requests for refunds have resulted in replies thanking me for my patience and promising the products will arrive. I have repeatedly said I now no longer want the product just my money back. Now I'm being ignored. Don't buy from Enjuvie.

Terrible service!!!
Ordered 2 weeks ago, still haven’t received anything.

I previously gave them a poor review. My product had arrived without the applicator, but after a bit of delay with a response from customer service, they did make it right. The applicator was sent, along with a small free gift for my trouble.

I wouldn’t recommend it for mono eyelids . The magnetic clasp pokes your eye balls and irritates your eyes. I have average length eyelashes and it didn’t click on well at all. I have reached out to the owners for some feedback and tips but have never heard from them.

The customer service is absolutely horrible. I've not only had one or two different customer service representatives contact me. But I've had 5 different representatives contact me for one return. No one has resolved anything. Instead, they are like salesmen trying to barter with you. They've offered me a 30% refund, then a 50% refund just so they don't have to process a simple return. Do not give them your business. I'm still stuck with these awful lashes after a week of trying to get a return transaction. This company is terrible.

The customer service was friendly, but their responses were very slow. My purchase order didn’t arrive for over a month, which was frustrating. Their delivery system needs improvement.

Another drop shipping store. Shipping took way longer than the stated 6-11 days for USA. Shipped from China. Poor customer service. I will say that they got me from their influencer facebook ads which made them look legit. But turns out it’s just another drop shipping store. You can pay half the price for a similar product from Amazon that will arrive in 2 days.

The best product in the market.
This is the 4th time I ordered in the last 3 years (firsts when I lived in Hong akong and now in Australia). Not only last for so long but this is by far the best lashes in the market. Before Enjuvie I bought 3 different brands and I couldn’t even wear them.
Also the best customer service.

After payment was taken, my order was never shipped and I received no proactive communication from customer service despite attempts to resolve the issue. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card provider to recover my money. Only after the dispute was initiated did someone from customer service contact me, placing blame on me for the situation rather than addressing the failure to deliver the order. I also clearly requested that they stop contacting me, yet further messages were sent afterward. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with poor communication and a lack of respect for customer requests.

I ordered lashes and it took five weeks to arrive. The products themselves were OK but did not work for my eye shape and caused irritation. The return/refund process was excessively elaborate, requiring photographs and videos of proper application before the company allows you to return the products for a partial refund if used, full refund if unused. After providing the documentation, I was granted approval to return the products and then they offered a partial refund if I did not want to bother with shipping the lashes back. Ultimately the cost difference was less than $10 so I kept the products and they gave me a partial refund. I wish I had checked trust pilot before buying from them!!!

At first, I had to watch the video (QR scan) that they provided in the eyelash case. It took me a while to get adjusted, but after a several times of practicing, it became easier and easy to use. So far, I don't have any complaints.

I should have listened to the reviews. Enjuvie is a scam. The lashes were such poor quality and did not work at all. I tried contacting customer service for a return. It took 3.5 weeks for them to even answer my email (i forwarded my same email 13x before i got a reply). They denied me a refund and told me i wasnt applying them right, when its the product thats faulty. Total waste of money.

I ordered two pairs of lashes (Soft Whisper and Icicle Kiss) back in August, but delivery took over a month due to out-of-stock delays. I really love how the lashes look and feel; however, both pairs developed small tears, which meant I had to order replacements (free of charge if bought < 1 year). On a positive note, the support team was very responsive and helpful, though the overall resolution process took longer than expected.

Abysmal. If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered on January 6th, and I have yet to hear an update on my order and obviously haven't received it. I've contacted their support team 3times and have not heard back. It's so unfortunate and I am seeking ways to escalate further

Enjuvie, is a company that cannot be trusted.
I will never do business with them again. My order was 2 months late and I had planned on wearing them at my Christmas party. Every time I sent them a request they delayed their response via email and to this day, they have not provided information to me in order to send the lashes back for a refund. They are a little business trying to play in the big leagues and have failed miserably just on customer service and satisfaction.
Furthermore, I will report them to the better business bureau.

The quality of these are the WORST I have ever used, so flimsy. They claim you can use them 100 times - yeah effing right!! The first time I put them on, the lashes were pointing in all directions on the ends.

I initiated a return via email to Enjuvie and have followed up a total of three times. Zero response from them. I'm going to see if my credit card company will refund me since this is clearly a scam. Stay FAR, FAR AWAY!

I've been looking for magnetic lashes because I'm allergic to lash glue. These lashes worked out great! The learning curve takes a bit but if you consistently work at it and make sure you try every day, it becomes second nature. My makeup is minimal so the icicle kiss works perfectly. I tried them out during my Pilates workout and they stayed on and my morning walks, despite the sweat, they hung on! I will be reaching for these whenever I want extensions.
