Worldwide Cruises Omdömen

Can’t fault our service at all, Mo has always been sooo helpful!! Thank you! Mo has kept us informed but not pestered! Has accommodated and never pressurised us. He’s given us the best deals and we totally trust him. If he can give us upgrades he will!!

Helpful and knowledgeable. Good price and had availability of cruise cabin when others had sold out. No-fuss admin. Would use again.

Mr Eddie is the one communicated with me Very efficient transparent and helpful..

First time I have used this company and I have found them totally professional in every department. Samuel has made booking this two week Asian cruise extremely simple due to his overwhelming knowledge of what he is selling.
Thank you.

First time booking with work wide cruises and Samuel was fantastic, nothing was a bother for him . Replied to any e mails I sent straight away and was very helpful.

Always book my cruises with Jessica always there to help great advice brilliant place to stay in Miami before cruises in sunny isle's beach Miami. Never book with any other company only worldwide cruises uk with Jessica. Brilliant to deal with and there to give advice help if required.

Having used this company last year I found the service to be very professional. And 100% satisfactory.Eddie was very helpful with all my queries.i would definitely recommend him. This is now my third time using this company.

As always the staff at world wide travel give you a great service with a great price.

Mo went even further by responding to my needs even when he was finished for the day, he called me when he was at home and sorted the issue I had with our cabin choice.

Jessica was really lovely and as I asked all correspondence was by email, she looked at all my requirements and in the end I got everything I asked for I am delighted thank you Jessica we will use again.

Great service from Worldwide cruises, they phoned me back in an instance when I wanted to arrange a call to speak with Eddie

Efficient service. Met my needs recomemd

Was looking for the Mediterranean cruise and Mo gave me a quote and some good advice. I went back to Mo who then booked our cruise for us. Mo was very friendly and professional and would recommend this company to anyone.

Jessica, was very helpful and replied promptly to my emails and calls. All information was very clear and the booking confirmation was also very detailed. I can only hope the cruise is as impressive!

This is our 3rd cruise booked through worldwide cruises, All through Jessica.
Jessica makes the booking easy, is super professional and attentive, makes the whole experience feel right from 1st enquiry to final booking

Fantastic experience. Stevie was my contact and was very patient. We went back and forth with emails and questions , she always responded quickly with the answers often giving us lots of advise to make our holiday experience run smooth . I will be saving her details and using her for future holiday bookings !

Efficient service, disappointing to find it was an extra £100 per person when returning the call to accept the quote. Signature drop box not working on the day but thr next morning it was.

Jessica was fantastic to deal with.. great customer service and everything was in taken care of there and then

A very friendly, thorough service. Listened to what we wanted and came up with a perfect holiday

Mardi Gras Cruise with Celebrity

Samuel at Worldwide Cruises was first class in getting exactly what we required for this trip with our Daughter.

Highly recommended. Jason Oakley.

We have just booked our third cruise with
Worldwide Cruises and although we have dealt with a different consultant on each occasion, we have always had great service. Samuel, Eddie and Mo are always responsive and happy to tweak any itinerary to suit your needs.
I would have no reason not to use them every time and would highly recommend.
