Excellent customer service received from Eddie. I had seen a cruise offer on a third parties website. This was virtually priced matched which I was very happy with as saved me approximately 25%
I asked for changes to the deal and Eddie happily accommodated these changes but kept the price the same. I booked the holiday so now have something wonderful to look forward to.
I will definitely use Worldwide Cruises again in the future and would highly recommend them

I inquired about a cruise and after receiving my quote, I was happy to go ahead and book. I got in touch with Worldwide Cruises and spoke to Joseph, who answered all of my questions and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was booking a few cabins and he made the booking process so easy, I’m so happy with the package we have and I can’t wait for our next cruise! Would recommend

firstly i don't normally do reviews only read them but i have to say how grateful i feel that i found Jessica to plan our dream holiday, from the very start she was so professional and knowledgeable about what we would like to do and guided us through every step with total care and attention etc to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. from this we are now really looking forward to this adventure and totally feel confident that Jessica has meticulously organised and booked the dream holiday we always wanted so thank you so much once again. Got all the details ie name, address, credit card details as payment for the cruise as a package. But within few minutes we’re told the flight price had gone up by £90 each.
The flight only in March 2O27 before the cruise. We were also told the hotel was 4*.
We paid the extra for the flights. On checking the hotels the next day we realised it was 3*and not 4* as mentioned. . Not too happy.

Gary was exceptionally helpful and answered all my queries and made the changes requested quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using Worldwide cruises again.

Until now, I have been a very loyal customer of Worldwide Cruises (WWC) for many years without problems, but due to a 'no show' on a recent cruise, I am waiting on a refund of the Port Fees & Taxes.
The cruise line have confirmed these were paid to them on 16th April. WWC asked the cruise line again on the 5th of May when this could be expected and were told again that they already have the refund! WWC customer services seems to be completely non existent on the phone, or email.
After many, many email exchanges with my WWC cruise agent, I have decided to pursue the Small Claims Court route to seek redress for the money that I am owed and that the cruise line have confirmed they have had for quite a few months.
A bit of a sad end to a very long relationship, but I guess you only know how good someone is when things go wrong.
EDIT - Just to confirm that the full amount was finally repaid by Worldwide Cruises, without the need to take further legal action. They still absolutely need to improve their customer services though.

Excellent service. We deal with Eddie who is always prompt in replying to any queries we have. Will call back or respond to emails very quickly which is what you want when planning your holiday.

The worldwide cruise coordinator was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in organising our tour to Chicago Seattle and and Alaskan cruise.

Eddie at Worldwide Cruises was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As first-time cruisers with two teenagers, we had so many needs and questions, and Eddie listened to every single one and put together the perfect Mediterranean cruise for our family. He found us exactly what we wanted, including a ship with a fantastic water park the kids were desperate for, great food, and brilliant entertainment, all within our budget.

He responded to every query quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble. He really understood what we were looking for and made sure everything was just right, including our special requests for food and port details. Booking was seamless, and he made the whole process so easy and stress-free from start to finish.

It felt like we were getting advice from a friend who genuinely cared about us having the best holiday possible, not just a salesperson. The cruise itself was absolutely amazing and we had the most wonderful family time together – we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
