Lost sheep for granddaughter
I have been in touch with this company as an order placed a month ago for a Christmas present has not yet arrived, I emailed them less than an hour ago and Got a response within 5 minutes even though it way after business hours! Thank you World of Bears for this amazingly quick response ! Let’s hope Royal Mail get the delayed presents to us before Christmas! Nice to know that this company track their orders and respond promptly to customer enquiries!

Ordered from world of bears for the first time. I was really happy with my purchase for my 3 month old daughter. A great service. Was informed of the delivery process from start to finish. Lovely shop, a pleasure to deal with
I had cause to ask a pre-sales question and got a response via email from a nice lady almost immediately - this prompted my to place my order which was dispatched, also immediately - then it arrived in the expected timeframe as you would hope. A pleasure to deal with and - it appears - carriers of hard to find bears, so I will be back for more!

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service, my mother bought my 1 year old daughter a jellycat comforter from there which has come apart. Contacted world of bears where she accused my daughter of pulling it apart extremely rude and offered to “pop” a stitch in without any regards to toy safety. No mention of reporting it to jellycat as a faulty item, unless my 1 year old has Incredible Hulk strength to be able to pull something completely apart then I’m pretty sure this item is faulty and was not made safely to begin with. The thread that’s now hanging out of the bear has completely disintegrated and extremely weak. Will be reporting the issue to jellycat directly and hopefully they will be more helpful and trading standards for the supply of unsafe, unfit for purpose goods.

This company charged me extra for a 2 days delivery, didnt dispatch the order for 3 days and then blamed the post on it arriving late. I specifically wanted it to arrive in 2 days for a gift. I emailed them but got a stroppy response and didnt refund the extra postage. I wont be using them agains.

Just received my order after only two days. Small Steif rabbit, and it is absolutely adorable. Well made, beautifully packed at a reasonable price. I know my granddaughter will love it.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I made a purchase through worldofbears for a Christmas present. It arrived in time, but was left by Royal Mail inside our germ ridden waste bin outside. This was completely unacceptable. As a recipient, I cannot claim for the poor service from Royal Mail. After having contacted worldofbears, they informed me that as I didn't retrieve the parcel from our horrible waste bin, I was at fault and they will no longer deal with the issue. The bin was collected later that day (with the parcel), and if it was any sooner, I wouldn't have even had a chance to see it in the bottom of the bin. It now seems after paying worldofbears, I am now going to have to face the Christmas panic and try to find an identical product on the high street.
I would not recommend this company at all!
