Don't recommend them
I used them once last year and never again. My experience with them was the following: good communication, good selling skills, poor management of the selections offered, very poor skills in solving issues during the holiday. They know exactly what I am referring to.
I do not recommend them.

I kindly remind you that we offered all our support and you refused it. I remember your room was not satisfactory and we offered to step in and help you, but you refused. I can assure you that any time any of our clients had issues during their holidays, we always stepped in and helped them if they agreed and requested for our help. And all the time we were succesful in helping them. If you see, you are the only one compaining, purely because it's easy to say something negative about us after refusing our help. As explained to you before and during your holiday, we do work with over 2.5 million hotels worlwide and it is impossible to check them all physically. That's why, we highly depend on the services provided by our hotel suppliers. If a room or any of the services in a hotel are not satisfactory, it is down to a good communication with us. On the other hand, as per our policy, any complaint must be submitted in written to us by email, in order that we can investigate the issue. You mentioned to us that you are not satisfied with some aspects of the hotel but did not ask for help, but told us it's fine, we leave it as it is. It is useless to complain and accuse us afterwards. In the end, we cannot be responsible for what the hotel is doing as we cannot fully control their services and quality of products they offer. I can only apologies for not meeting your expectations and it is sad that you do not recommend our services while all the other clients are extremely happy and satisfied with what we do and offer. I can assure we always go the extra mile for any of our customers and they all know what I am talking about. Take care and good luck

Our first holiday with „World lifetime journey", was excellent and my kids really enjoyed. Very professional and quick answer to all questions. The hotel was amazing very clean, friendly staff, with plenty food more then we can eat and the kids entertainment was wow. Stress free regarding the check in and transfers both ways. Can't wait for next year to come.
Really recommend if I can add more stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️I will definitely do. Trustful and honest.

First time booker but won’t be the last
Just come back from booking my first trip (Krakow).
I was a little nervous as first time using World Lifetime Journeys.
My experience from start to finish was excellent- responsive and prompt, also customer service is amazing, nothing is any trouble. They like to go the extra mile for customers to create wonderful experiences.
The levels of contact before, during and after your stay is brilliant and reassuring that they do care about you as a customer rather than just another sale, regardless the destination or type of holiday.
There is no need to worry when booking with this company - I’m already thinking about using them for my next trip.

The best and decent prices
First time traveling with World Lifetime J, a family of 4(2adults+2children)to Bodrum, Turkey. It was amazing, like a dream! The location, services, food, the staff dedication - all this we were lucky to experience thanks to our travel agent that picked up for us one of their select location that matched our search and funds. They've been supportive all the way via emails, texts and phone calls, kept in touch with us and made sure we're satisfied at every step of the journey. We had plenty of luggage and airport transfers included in the price, which was a really good bargain, considering we went all inclusive in a 5 star location. Did I mention that the price was affordable with possibility of paying in monthly installments? ATOL protected too! How can I not recommend them? I'm sold!!!😍

Worldlifetimejourneys.com gave us the best holiday in Egipt, Hurghada 🤪and we want to thank them for our wonderful vacation. Stelian was very receptive and helpful to all our queries. The resort was amazing and very big, with nice views, plenty and diverse food, adults and kids entertainment was WoW 🤩 . It was also my son's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised by the cake left in our room by the hotel 👍🤩🤗.
