Post costs are what they are. Get a business and check your costs and im sure 99% of people would say why so low. Most of the time couriers charge extra even after agreeing on the original price. I work of the aust post website and many times lose on post costs. If extra it goes via express if enough covered and i always insure goods.
do not buy or regret later
does not even reply to emails, calls, messages.
bought broken cue and he does not even response
no wonder all the snooker players recommend not to buy from sharp

Feedback on purchase
I emailed and rang the mobile number but not recieve a response from either. Which was disappointing as I needed to know my options after my cue purchase.

not sure how that would happen as i get calls all day and night. if i don't turn my phone onto silent i have people calling still at 1030pm. Just call again if im on a call its easy to do.

Custom Made Cue - Fast Delivery
Ordered a Custom Made Cue from Cue Creator. It arrived within 16 weeks as stated on the website.
After having a hit with it for 20 minutes could already tell it was great quality very accurate.
Customer Service:
I accidentally forgot to update one of the specifications after ordering Mike was able to correct & update it after contacting him.
Mike was overall very helpful and ensured my Cue was in great condition before being shipped.
Email response time was a bit slow, but understandable as opening hours are limited and being a smaller business.
Delivery:
Excellent delivery time on both ordered items.
Suggestion:
Would be good to add more information about where the Cue is being made Company, Country ect on the website. After doing some research it seems Mcdermott is the partnership.
