Gym mats were on a great discount, team was flexible when my GPS took me to their old address minutes before closing, and helpful during the ordering process when I wasn't sure I'd bought the right item. Will definitely be shopping here in the future.

Prompt service and delivery.
One point which needs to be taken up with the manufacturer is that the instructions are very poor. There’s a list of bits and a pic of the completed item but no instruction steps on the progression of assembly. Took me two and a half hours to assemble!

Fast and efficient process for purchase, and delivery. Quality of the finish and materials in these gloves is high and they seem pretty robust, as you'd expect from Schiek, so I hope to get a lot of use out of them. Been experiencing some nerve pain recently so the gel padding in the palms is very welcome for presses and free-weights, noticeably reduces the pressure and saves ripping-up your hands. True to size.

The equipment itself is actually really good. I was disappointed in the service this time....having to chase up several times regarding an order that was overdue as the team didn't get back to me when they said they would.

Back buying again - quick pay and deliver process

I went to Gymquip in Fyshwick, Canberra, at about 9.15am yesterday (Boxing Day) to pay for & collect a Body-Solid G2B Gym in my trailer. The young man who served me was indifferent and abrubt, to the point of being rude. I'd just spent $2,400 and he couldn't wait to get rid of me. If I could give him minus 5 stars, I would. He obviously needs some customer service training beyond simply taking people's money.

Wonderful customer service, and great products. One of the items I purchased (chalk bag$ was going to have a slight delay getting out to me, but they gave me a phonecall and had great response time to email questions.

Products are of good quality and were delivered promptly in well-wrapped boxes.
