Similar to other reviews. I was duped by the very unambiguously named 'Samsung Smart Watch' on offer. It was not Samsung and the site is clearly a scam. I am just adding my voice to the chorus here in the hopes that potential buyers see these reviews before they get sucked in... No reviews on the site really should have been my first clue!
I have accepted a partial refund and the watch at least seems to serve as a pedometer for my dad. He's happy enough. But I've learned my lesson...

I would have given no stars if I could. Ordered a Samsung watch but as per the reviews below, these people are selling fake watches. Before I got the instructions on how to return it and get a full refund, they were lying and trying to do everything to prevent me from sending it back. I have returned the watch and have got a proof of postage so opened a case with PayPal and contacted Trading Standards. This company is registered in the Netherlands and obviously fully aware how to scam people. Don't buy anything from them as they are just scammers!

Ordered what is supposed to be a Sumsung Galaxy watch, what I’ve received is definitely not Samsung. Futhermore the item arrive to late for the birthday gift so I had to buy an alternative, have said I want to return it by they say all they can offer is 20% refund and kept the watch and 40% off next order. I NO LONGER need the watch and I would certainly NEVER buy from these con artists again

Very similar experience to the reviews below - I ordered what I believed was a Samsung galaxy watch for £60 For my mothers Christmas, and even after numerous emails back and forth, which continually offer a discount voucher I no further forward and I am worried that if I send this item back to Poland I will receive no refund!
Has anyone had any joy in gaining money back?

Totally disgraced ordered a Samsung galaxy watch for 60 pounds with the postage off my husband for Christmas was nowhere near a Samsung watch its unfair and completely out of order selling products as something they are not also useless trying to sort a refund as they expected me to pay to send back as well rubbish all round customer service Avoid x

Avoid them, it's a scam. I bought a smart watch for £49.99 and it's a fake one (available for £2.99 on wish.com). I raised a complaint and I was asked to return for return which I did in Nov 2020. Since then no communication from them.

Do not waste your time or money, I'm serious. Paid for a Samsung Galaxy Watch, but got a random smartwatch that did not work! Having returned the watch I am still waiting for my refund two months later and endless emails, still no resolution despite the promise of a refund. How long does one have to wait!!! Even more out of pocket by a further £10 return postage! I'm fuming! Find another supplier!

If possible would have given zero star. It's taken nearly 4 months and eventually refund sorted by PayPal. Contacted company sent watches back, emailed proof of tracking. Watches arrived in Estonia but comp didn't collect them. Numerous emails all kinds of excuses. Eventually sent watches again as requested by PayPal. Don't believe their promises on the website.

I ordered a watch from them on December 4th. Still not arrived. Says its with Hermes...but its not. It was never sent!! No one answers the phone, and only automated emails.
Simply the worlds worst company ever!!! Dont ever buy from them unless you want to lose your money.

Order a watch and didn’t even receive it. Big scammers, never buy from this company . They don’t even have the products in their stock. They order them from china for you and you never get it never. If you want to lose your money don’t buy it .

Absolutely terrible. Like many other people, I wish I had read reviews before I ordered a Samsung smart watch for my son at Christmas. It was a fake, doesn't work and they refused to refund/replace. Please, please, please don't buy anything from them, you will be wasting your money.

Absolutely never ever shop with them. I ordered the TRX suspension trainer and received a totally different brand P3. I can't return it, because it is sent to Estonia and they refund this only when they receive it (accept the delivery) which they never did. So I ended up with no refund, no item and customer service if you can call it doesn't respond at all.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing a Samsung Galaxy2 smart watch. Totally FAKE. I am going to go to trading standards regarding this...FAKE goods falsely advertising

If there was an option for zero stars, I would have put that. Echo all the comments above and currently in dispute with them about getting a refund for a fake Samsung watch.

Scam. Ordered a samsung watch 10 weeks ago, didn't arrive. Tried to contact them really poor communication with a standard reply each time saying they would lock into it.
I have now been told that they wont refund me until I return the item (that I have not received) back to them

Yes completely agree with comments about other peoples experiences as these people are fraudsters!!! I purchased a Samsung Watch as a Christmas gift for my mother so she could monitor her blood pressure. The watch eventually arrived but wouldn't work, neither would it connect to the mobile app they recommend. I contacted them on several occasions to return the watch and obtain a full refund as their website insists not to return any items without 1st contacting them so they can make sure they provide customers with all the necessary information to make the return "issue free..." They initially responded to tell me they don't want me to go through the hassle of having to return the item and instead informed me they would give me a 20% refund and a £40 gift voucher. I declined and they then offered me only a 20% refund??? I am now in the process of contacting the relevant bodies and my bank to recoup the monies on my behalf. WHATEVER YOU DO - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Also send them EMAILS so you have it as evidence in the event your bank may request it (even if they ignore you)

First the send me parcel and leave it outside in the rain behind my bin with no notification it has been delivered (god only knows how long it hand been there). Then the item is fake and doesn't work, they offered a 40% refund then a gift card for the amount the item was ( yea like I'm going to order something else off you terrible site). These guys are fraudsters, the Website should be shut down.
