No communication, and no response when I reached out multiple times.

Purchased vinyl for an album released nearly 6 months ago. Feels like theft.

Preordered the latest album. It has been out for quite some time now, but haven't received anything and only get standard replies to my emails. Would not recommend.

they arrived via email .

Despite support replying that it will refund import taxes, which had to be paid by store(it is written in store, IOSS), since March they still didn't manage to refund. Do not recommend at all. Don't waste you time and money.

Auch der eine Stern zu viel! Absoluter Chinamüll und das Geld nicht wert. Und dann wird man noch vom Kundendienst ignoriert. Finger weg!

I pre-ordered two copies of their forthcoming album, wiht the understanding that they would at least ship on the release date (which was yesterday).

After shelling out for two copies of the album, plus shipping I have hear nothing but crickets. Meanwhile, Target has the album, local record stores have it, it is everywhere. Well, everywhere but in my mailbox.

I have sent emails asking if I could just cancel and get a refund. No response.

In future I will remember that I should just wait, and buy their albums directly from a retailer--save on shipping and get it sooner!

They claim to have an international shipping agreement for EU customers (IOSS) and you can pay taxes just when ordering but that is not true. I paid 60 euros for a hoodie+20 euros for shipping (and taxes, according to them) to Italy. Then I got charged 30 euros from the Italian Customs. If you are in EU, avoid buying from them unless you are prepared to overpay any item.

Tot twee keer toe bedorven spullen gekregen: Turks brood wat ruim 3 maanden over datum was (Incl schimmel) en kip die stonk toen ik de verpakking openmaakte. Crème fraiche was ook twijfelachtig.. handig voor als je chips en bier nodig hebt op een feestje oid, maar voor verse producten zou ik dit afraden..

Gorillaz are brilliant always turn up earlier than expected and the riders are always polite and courteous, today I placed an order the rider turned up instead of just handing me my shopping he asked about my day and mentioned the weather its the small things that go along way. Keep it up guys I'll always recommend gorillaz.

Kann man machen, ab und zu fehlt was bei einer Bestellung was, aber es ist wahrscheinlich einfach ausverkauft oder so. Es ist schließlich überhaupt krass, dass die Bestellung so schnell bei dir ankommt.

I recently paid £50 for a Gorillaz hoodie for my daughter’s birthday. I am very disappointed with the quality. I thought it would be fleecy, thick and warm after paying that sort of money but it’s just a standard mediocre hoodie. I won’t be purchasing anything from their official website again. I feel rather ripped off 😐

Klarna Konto gesperrt weil angeblich eine Zahlung an Gorillaz nicht angekommen ist die aber doch rechtzeitig abgebucht wurde???

Jede 2. Bestellung funktioniert einfach nicht und wenn die Probleme dann da sind, ist die Lösung leider nicht akzeptabel und unzureichend. Ich habe nun 15x (Berlin) bestellt und meine Favoriten sind:

- Artikel ist aus und Geld wird dennoch abgezogen und gutgeschrieben
- Gutschrift erfolgt in 7 Werktagen (WTF) und nur auf der App (keine Überweisung auf das ursprüngliche Zahlungsmittel)
- Versprechen zu Überweisungen werden gemacht aber nicht eingehalten (trotzdem Gutschrift auf die App) Wow!
- falsche Lieferung (eine komplett andere Tüte erhalten) und nachdem der Fahrer nochmal da war, nicht einmal eine kleine Entschädigung erhalten
- keine automatisierte Erkennung der Daten (ich muss die fehlenden Artikel, Bestellnummer raussuchen, mit den Preisen obwohl der Artikel und Preis bekannt ist - warum? Schikane?), copy paste aus App nicht mgl... Und das jedes Mal, wenn etwas schief geht!
- Info über fehlenden Artikel via SMS (auf die man nicht antworten kann...), um dann einen Chat zu öffnen und dort das Problem nochmal zu schreiben, weil Kollege A keine Ahnung hat was Kollege B schon geschrieben hat

Flink schickt das Geld sofort zurück (paypal innerhalb von Minuten). Flink gibt einem auch Rabatt bei Lieferverzögerung. Flink sind kundenorientierter bei der Problemabwicklung. Sry aber da brauch ich kein Gorilla mit Herz Emoji - ständig fehlen Artikel und dann erhält man sein Geld noch nicht einmal zurück - das ist einfach Mist!

PRO - sie sind schnell und das Angebot ist ganz gut (aber jedes mal gibt es Probleme)

EDIT - nach Beschwerde ging es jetzt doch sofort via PayPal. Danke, aber schade, dass man sich erst richtig aufregen muss :-/

I was a very regular user (4 times a week minimum) since Gorillaz introduced the small order fee i dont order as often.
There are so many competitors , go puff, jiffy, getir, weezy….. some offer no small order fee and regular promo codes which sadly Gorrilaz does not anymore. They also used to send free items/ gifts; this no longer happens. Customer service take hours if not days to respond to issues& there is no direct number for Gorillaz.

Terrible experience have taken money out of my account and have not delivered second time as happened customer service is terrible take days to reply you'll have to wait 7 days for a refund

I see I’m not alone with the bad experience. Makes me feel better lol. Annoying app keeps rejecting my payments and labelling it as fraud. Ridiculous. Customer service is a joke they don’t even reply. One replied hours later. Imagine you really needed something last minute. When the app did work it was good and quick delivery if im fair.

i felt quite apprehensive to order as i saw all the negative reviews, but i had no troubles with my delivery! i placed the order on saturday and the tshirt came on wednesday! i even got a free face mask with it which was nice!

Ijsjes waren verpulverd maar dat kan gebeuren. Voor de rest prima en snelle service. Ik kocht nu met een beetje korting maar zou dat nooit voor de volle prijs doen.
