I called this morning and spoke to David. He was very helpful explained the different products to me.
We then double checked our measurements and I called back and placed my order. Very straightforward - best price from a number of companies I checked out and delivery in 2-3 days. Very happy with the service

Great service! Sent an email enquiry around Industrial Steps on Thursday afternoon and by 12:00 on Friday the order was placed and booked for delivery on the Monday (3 days later!). Good quality steps, at a good price, with great customer service.

Really helpful team of real people who answer the phone! Great products and really good price. I also paid for the two man delivery and assembly which was worth every penny. The guys went the extra mile as our office is quite small and difficult to manoeuvre in.

Great customer service. From ordering to delivery, customer service was brilliant. David was excellent, advised when delivery was and true to his word the filing cabinets were delivered the next day. Quality of the wooden cabinets was superb. A brilliant company and would have no problem in recommending them.
