Exemplary well done F&F
I was on the verge of giving a bad 1 star review, as I always give suppliers good or bad reviews, depending. This was/is my first experience with F&F and I ordered 2 items but only one arrived. I contacted F&F who resent the missing item but this was lost during transit. Contacted them again and they have given me a refund in full. Although the saga went on for about 3 weeks their communication and customer service is exemplary. I will be giving them another go in the future. Well done Fox & Fable.

Great Company
Great product, price and shipping. Can't fault them. For some reason my shipping address got messed up on the order (not the supplier's fault), I contacted them immediately after placing the order and they altered it within around 30 minutes. Very good customer service

Poor packaging and no communication
Arrived damaged due to being packed very tightly in the box with no protection apart from some brown paper on the top of the book.
No communication from the company when I emailed them about the damage.
