Not great received a damaged book they offered to exchange which was no good i needed a certain book so i ask for a refund and heard nothing back . Wouldn't use again 😞

Wordery is always reasonably priced, reliable and surprisingly quick delivery despite managing your expectations early on that delivery could take a while. Free worldwide delivery has just saved my life as an expat living abroad. Every Christmas/Birthday I just share my Wordery wishlist with people. Will always keep coming back.

I had no issues with my order and love the website layout, which makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. The prices are quite competitive so far as well.

My order never arrived. I contacted the support team many times and I must say the replies were very prompt, but didn't help much. At first I thought the problem was on my side, because I was out of the house for two weeks, but this has never been an issue, I normally receive a notification from the post office. When I inquired at my local post office, they said that it might had been sent back to the company, while the team said they couldn't track the parcel once it is dispatched, which I find very curious. Anyway, I never received the refund either, even upon asking.

Free delivery is a big plus, though the book took longer to arrive than originally claimed. I always try to avoid Amazon and Wordery is a good alternative for books.

My go to for buying books and card decks.

Pretty shocking packaging, will just come in a cardboard envelope. All the books I’ve brought from them have come with small damages due to the rubbish packaging. So if you are like your books to be pristine, avoid shopping from here. Both hardcover books I’ve brought from here have also come with warped dusk covers that have been folded round the book wrong. Delivery also takes longer than they claim it will, not worth the effort of returning the damaged books for new ones as due to the packing the same thing would happen again.

A website which offers free shipping in a world where shipping rates keep getting higher, making it a very competitive option for me to purchase my books. Shipping is always in a timely manner and it appropriate packaging. Highly reccommended for any book lover!
