Good brand!

The hair removal cream does work, however you have to apply a LOT of cream for about 7-8 minutes to get good coverage. I just go over the odd bits with a razor lightly at the end and it’s much easier than shaving normally. I would avoid using too often as it did make my skin a bit irritated after i used it twice in the same week.

The soothing balm is a GAME CHANGER! I find applying it after using the hair removal cream and shaving really really reduces ingrown hairs and any redness/ bumps! It soothes your skin so well, i had barely any itching. I will definitely be buying the soothing balm many more times.

Absolutely terrible wish I read trust pilot before I ordered. Bleached my skin and when I emailed I was ignored until I emailed again and they said it wasn’t their product but my skin just doesn’t bleach itself and I only use soap and water for washing. Honestly knocked my self confidence and the lack of care about the situation it’s disgusting.

Couldn’t tell you how good or bad it is as it’s been about 2 months and it’s still not here. Sent an email to customer services when it was over two weeks late. Had nothing back.

The product does not work, it just burns skin. I emailed customer services to return this for a refund and they asked me to try it again, so I did. I have since emailed them 4 more times as I still want to return my item but I'm clearly being ignored. Zero customer service skills and a terrible way to run a business. I wish I had checked the reviews more before buying.

I was attracted by all of the positive reviews on an Instagram advert. However, despite following the instructions, it didn't have the expected result. Barely removed any hair. It's very thin and you have to use a lot to cover all the hair. It seemed to evaporate before the time to remove was up. The product didn't have a strong smell, so that was nice compared to other products. However, it's quite expensive for what it is. I won't order again.

I bought woowoo hair removal cream as I was fed up of shaving and been left with sore skin. I saw this advertised on Instagram and tiktok and thought I would give it a go. It doesn’t work very well on ‘intimate’ areas or thick hair, I had to use over half the tube, it has a thin consistency and not that easy to apply. I left it on longer than the recommended time and It didn’t fully remove all the hair, however, it might work if you kept on top of it and did it regularly. The positives are it doesn’t have a strong smell and doesn’t irritate the skin.

I don't usually leave reviews for things but I'm actually over the moon with results. I was definitely skeptical and I'm glad I didn't read the trust pilot reviews before. I'm a pretty lazy gal when it comes to intimate hair upkeep, so when it actually worked I was cheesing in the shower. I also thought the line of smooth like a dolphin might just be a gimic but it's actually left my skin feeling really smooth. Do recommend!

Quick delivery and good email communication from WooWoo.
Once I finally got around to using Tame It I was blown away, I have thick, dark hair, so to be honest I was expecting to be low key disappointed.
AMAZING!! I used the in shower version out of laziness, easier to clean bathroom. 3 circles with my sponge and covid lockdown long clumps of hair were collecting in the plughole!!!
Painless and effective, I have a wee patch of thatch left in the traditional Brazilian area at the moment, husband did not mind at all 😉. So next week I'll slap some more on for holiday prep. I have never been more relaxed for bikini time.
I would suggest trim down if longer before use.

After having to contact numerous times now on email & on Instagram for a reply regarding my order I placed my order on 2/04/22 and it’s now the 14/04/22 I was told it was shipped on the 8/04/22 to the Royal Mail with tracking number since this date Royal Mail have still not received my order. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and service they have provided. I have emailed numerous times and still haven’t had a reply from my last email or Instagram DM, this is very poor service for a business, I see from Instagram/tiktok that ‘influencers’ that are gifted products have managed to have there orders before somebody that’s actually purchased the product themselves.

Made the mistake of not checking trust pilot before ordering. Just read really good comments on instagram and was influenced to buy the hair removal and the after cream.

The hair removal cream is really thin and difficult to apply. It only seemed to remove the very fine hairs, and not the "intimate hairs" if you know what I mean... probably will only use it for my legs which isn't really what I wanted it for and for £10.95 ridiculously priced considering it doesnt do what it says it will. Havent bothered trying the after cream as I see from the other reviews its not very good. Never mind!

Just need to remember if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!

I purchased the in-shower intimate hair removal cream from Woo Woo as the claim it removed hair in 6 minutes appealled to me. It was delivered in fair time. However, the product itself didn't work, despite leaving the cream on for longer than the recommended time. I tried this twice, to no avail. I emailed the customer service team about this issue and requested a refund as the product didn't do as it stated. I had a generic email response 24 hours later saying to try again, but leave on for longer... Which I'd already done. I replied telling them I had already tried but it still didn't work, and got no response. I've emailed them again several times about this issue and still no response. It's been 6 weeks since I recieved their faulty product and have recieved no communication from them whatsoever.

Do not buy their products. They do not work and it'll be a huge waste of money!

Posting a review on trustpilot as REVIEWS.IO doesn't seem to let me reply after the company does. I made a woowoo order around Jan 1st and received an email on the 4th Jan, however that email contained NO DELIVERY INFORMATION and NO TRACKING NUMBER, simply a link to woowoo's shipping information page stating that delays with their delivery partner royal mail was to be expected. I waited for some other email from woowoo or royal mail on their behalf saying what my tracking number is etc but no such email arrived. As they stated delays i assumed this was the case. However, after hearing nothing for over 2 weeks I contacted customer support who then says "oh it shows as attempted delivery on the 6th Jan, check your tracking number..." What tracking number! you never provided me with one or told me anything! Seller then responds saying yeah they'll give me a refund. That's what you're meant to do when a customer receives nothing and the product goes back to you.. Anyways, i post a review on reviews IO saying bad customer service and she has the audacity to say that's unfair. The fact you gave a refund doesn't negate that you didn't provide me with any bloody information! How bloody difficult is it to give the tracking number for an order?! Surely, for online shopping that's the bare minimum. I stand by what I say. Terrible customer service. After checking REVIEWS.IO, it seems my original review got taken down from their site as being "reviewed" by their moderators... , my guess is the owner of woowoo reported me or something. Don't understand why a 1 star review isn't fair given my experience... The owner of this company is just overly sensitive and can't accept mistakes on her part. Avoid!

One of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. Ordered an item on the 1st of Jan, it is now 17th of Jan 22, and I still haven’t received it, despite their website stating “2-3 working day delivery”. Wrote to customer service and still haven’t heard anything back in regards to my item nor a refund! This now has happened twice. I don’t believe the owner of the company is aware of how to run one, as their excuse is always “we’re new, we’re a start up”. Avoid this company if you do not want to lose your money.

Ordered some items for a hen party. When they hadn’t arrived - over a week later - I contacted Woowoo.fun and they replied with a note showing items had been delivered.

I responded immediately and explained they hadn’t.

When I heard nothing the following day I emailed again explaining the items were for a a hen night that weekend and could they please let me know if they had got in touch with courier. Again nothing.

I got in touch with the courier direct who told me that the items were not delivered as they were damaged in transit. However in order to get my money back I had to go back to Woowoo.fun and take it up with them.

So there we have it. I paid the money and all I got was the hassle of being the intermediary between Woowoo.fun and Whistl. Let’s see how long the refund takes?

Good old Ann Summers came to the rescue!!

Not impressed so far. Order placed on 11th Oct (#129960). Email received same day to say items had been despatched but no sign of delivery 15 days later 26th Oct. Link to "shipping page" just talks about how delays are all down to Royal Mail, Link to customer services just takes you to an email address that gets bounced and produces a failure report. The On line chat is "off line", no phone number published for customer services. Links on web site take you a circle and don't help resolve the issue.

Oh but they took the money from the account with ruthless efficiency.

One could be forgiven for wondering if WOOWOO.Fun is a spam company??

Can't comment on the product as yet, delivery was quick, not particularly impressed with the free stickers sent, quite inappropriate depending upon purchasers age/background etc.
