Love our Embrace setup - we used it slightly different (installed it several inches from the wall) and we love it. Wanted to use the wood panel's (applied directly to the wall) but decided to use Embrace instead to add depth and dimension to our space. We could not be happier - it turned out great!

The Embrace room dividers came in perfect condition. Delivery was timely.
The product is simple to put up. The quality is top-notch and the look we were hoping to achieve is now a reality.
We are very pleased with the entire process.

I need only the metal inserts as it seems I have lost the ones with the accesories I have already purchased and you do not offer them as a stand-alone product, as a replacement, or cannot be purchased individually through our ordering system.

I have two walls decorated with your products, LED light strips installed, and cannot use the accesories I purchased unless I buy them again so I can have access to the metal inserts.

We ordered 8 2’ panels for an accent wall in our new home in Wisconsin. Even though they shipped 16 12” panels the wall went up without a hitch. And it’s beautiful. The quality of panel is excellent and cutting to fit was relatively simple. I did have to secure some of the slats with heavy duty staples where I had to trim (outlets and air vents) but again very simple fix. All in all we are extremely satisfied and would recommend WoodUpp to anyone looking for a great room update.

Gorgeous product and quality (real wood!) and I love the versatility. We purchased the smoked larch panels and the colors are amazing and vary by slat (which looks so much more dynamic than a single color). We found an amazing contractor in Los Angeles who installed them perfectly. They add so much warmth and character to the room. Delivery took a little longer than the website said it would but not in a way that it caused issues. Everything arrived intact.

Still waiting on the replacement panels that were damaged in transit due to very poor packing and little tape to keep the boxes sealed. Reached out to customer service and panels and screws. Was told to reorder screws off website which we did and paid for shipping. Today screws arrived but not the panels. Will be calling again to figure out what is going on. Meanwhile project is still half complete due to damages and delay in shipping replacements.

The team was incredibly helpful in answering questions and selecting the right products. This is second house I’ve installed Akupanels in and they don’t disappoint. In my last house, I used them for my media room and this house in both my office and media room. I also bought a lamp and self for my office, that are just such cool additions.

I mean the package showed up a little beat up, but the panels were fine. You guys should add to your instructions, that if you have to use a jigsaw to cut out holes for outlets, that one should painters tape out the area, but also, screw down the panel parts you're about to cut off from their main panel 3" from the bottom of the panel. Need to put tiny black screws into the back first, in my case, did it after. My only advice.

Did exactly as one would expect. No follow up calls needed shipped in a timely manner and product was exceptional. Thank you again

The product quality was better than we expected. The grains really shine on each piece of wood. The wood is beautiful! It was so easy to install and cut. We were so impressed and loved how it turned out in our space!
