I was referred to BizFilings by a friend who told me to use the online chat. This feedback is for my business initial set up. The website is very easy to use. The online chat service is phenomenal. The customer service representative Laura was wonderful. She was professional, very knowledgeable, courtesy and super patient. She stayed online with me during the filing process for over 30 minutes and helped me out step by step. She also went above and beyond, gave me suggestion and cleared my doubts. I highly recommend this company for your business.
