After waiting for 2 months for my parts they arrive, it looked great and were properly boxed but were clearly not OEM, anyways after instaling the lcd the touch doesnt work at all

After reading so many negative reviews, I was afraid my order would never come, and maybe half of the parts would be missing or wrong, so I had already kind of given up on my $97.

To my big surprise, the parts I had ordred for my Pixel 3a arrived spot on. My order was placed on July 26, 2020 and the parts arrived on August 20, 2020 in my post box. I am based in Switzerland. Witrigs provided me with a tracking number for the eParcel by China post, which was correct and the tracking was accurate.

The parts I ordered were:
1. OEM Screen Replacement for Google Pixel 3a
2. Witrigs Screen Frame Adhesive for Google Pixel 3a
3. OEM Middle Frame for Google Pixel 3a
4. Full Screen Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Google Pixel 3a

Witrigs mentioned a shipment value of $21 for the customs.

The parts were nicely and properly boxed. The only thing I cannot be sure about is whether the screen for the Pixel 3a is OEM or not but it look genuine.

I am personally satisfied with this order, but I cannot speak for future orders or for Witrigs' customer service.

I got package 2 weeks after order with epacket, very good delivery and got everything i bought

I ordered a new OEM USB board for a Huawei P10 and I received an used one with one of the resistors for the audio module ripped off. Which is exactly what I feel I was, ripped off. Now I need to source a rework station to rebuild a board out of the two broken ones I have. STAY WELL AWAY!

J'ai commandé une caméra arrière ainsi qu'une batterie pour mon OnePlus 3. La caméra fonctionne à nouveau suite au remplacement, mais la batterie que j'ai reçu de leur part n'était pas acceptée par le téléphone...
Je leur ai signalé, ils m'ont remboursé sans broncher. Réponses rapides.
Je commanderais mes futures pièces chez eux sans hésiter.

Écran OEM pour un Motorola one zoom (pas courant du tout). Commandé le 22 juillet 2020, reçu le 3 août... Délai hyper correct au vu de la situation. Le matériel était correct et bien emballé. A recommander.

I ordered a new screen for my OnePlus 7 t they sent me a screen for a OnePlus 7 pro so did not line up emailed them about the problem then they wanted a video of the screen they sent me sent them video of wrong screen now I have not heard back them nor will they return my new emails.Then after my review they sent email to trustpilot saying they have emailed me back however when I did a witrigs search through my email accounts there has been no response and no it is not in my trash file or spam file or any other file cause there was no response sent. So I guess I am out the $175 I spent luckily I have another OnePlus phone that the screen will fit and I can use still not the company you want to be dealing with horrible and I do mean horrible customer service 😡

Poor experience. Ordered ONEPLUS 7 PRO SCREEN and charging flex with type c port. They put all amount of order on the box making it easy for customs so had to pay additional 50euro for tax ( first time). Screen itself not bad but clearly not Oem like advertised. Had a problem with touch what you could diagnose after install. Problem is that after installing you remove the safety sticker to it could not be returned under warranty. When you buying the product they dont mention that!. Also, after replacing charging flex, phone no longer was discovering connected headpones. Overall i do not recommend

The problem is;

All my orders (except the tweezers) came wrong.

1 : OEM LCD Screen with Digitizer Replacement for Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact Black
I ordered the OEM version especially. But I received the CUSTOM version. This is unacceptable. I want a full or partial refund for this item.

2 : Witrigs LCD Supporting Frame Sticker for Sony Xperia XZ1 Compact
The picture in your website shows the original frame sticker, which has additional stickers for earpiece and earpiece frame. I received a CUSTOM frame sticker with no earpiece and frame stickers. That was one and only reason why I bought from you guys, because you showed the full original sticker in your website, but sent me the cheap knockoff lcd frame sticker only. I already have lots of local sellers here that sells this lcd frame sticker, but I bought from you because you put the picture of original sticker (which also includes earpiece stickers)

3 : Ultra-thin Opening Card 5pcs/set Blue
While I was purchasing, the website was showing a different product, a white and quality looking plastic card, that's why I bought it from you. But I received the cheap plastic thin cards instead. (You already updated the pictures in your website so I cannot show you the old one)

Overall, I am completely disappointed with your attention and meticulousness, and I will never shop from you again, it is so sad that I had such high expectations from you since you looked like a decent and reliable shopping place.

right now, I demand a refund ;

1. for lcd screen : 15,25USD
I paid for the OEM version, which is : 49,29 USD
You send me the CUSTOM version, which is : 34,04 USD
The difference is : 15,25 USD

for lcd frame and opening cards, I can compensate for your errors, but for the lcd screen, this is simply unacceptable.

I demand this refund and I can send you additional photos explaining the problem.

I am based in France and I frequently order some spare parts to Witrigs. What I appreciate is the availability of original spare parts and 3rd-party ones next to the quality of the service. So, I highly recommend this online shop when your phone need to be fixed.

Witrigs reached out to me and offered me a full refund, which I accepted. They stated there was a communication breakdown between them and me.

Because of that I will update my rating, however I can not make any statement about quality of products.

Worst experience I had so far with online retailer, ordered part with express shipping. 1.5 months later still no parts, I understand if express takes two weeks instead of 4 days in current situation. But months?

And I tried to reach out to them several times, no response, I only got once a response when I froze the PayPal payment.

After I unfroze it, I got a fake tracking number and nothing else than the silence of the universe...

Still waiting, and ordered my parts from Germany now.

I was initially worried after reading the reviews here, but I can only speak to my positive experience.

Witrigs customer service replied to all my emails within a day. The product shipped within the first week and arrived the next week. The product (OEM Pixel 2 AMOLED) was as described and customer service was very kind and helpful.

Other reviews may be isolated instances, shipping issues related to matters outside Witrigs control, or emails unfortunately being marked as spam. Take any review with a grain of salt.

I would order from Witrigs again in the future.

I contacted support regarding my order 4 days ago and still no response when i ordered 2 weeks ago and still radio silence from the company

Product was shipped after 6 days when I was informed it would be shipped within 1-2 days. I sent an email on the 3rd day to ask for a shipping number and was informed that they didn't have stock of the produce, despite their website saying they had stock.

I paid for DHL express shipping. In total the shipment should have arrived in 7 days max. It took 22 days.

I filed a case with PayPal and only then did they ship the item and also indicated on their websites order tracker that the item had already been delivered to me. Yet I only received the item 14 days later.

Seems like good prices & they're helpful in showing the other tools you may need. But right at checkout they charge $30 for FEDEX shipping on a $30 order. I have now ordered the same parts from another vendor w/ similar prices and $6 shipping.

I have ordered an item on the 26th of June and now its the 6th of July and nothing. I paid extra for the 3-7 day shipping and still nothing. This is delaying my ability to get back to work.

Put my order 3 days ago and no contact since whatsoever, the payment has gone through and the order is "processing". I even picked fast shipping so I was supposed to have the package by now, and they haven't even processed it yet. I haven't gotten an email confirmation or anything, contracted both support and witrigs Gmail and still nothing. If I don't get a response soon I'm contacting my bank. Order id is 100123578.

Edit: Just horrible service I suppose. These guys seem to only do something after getting a ton of emails and bad reviews. I paid for 3 to 7 day shipping, and these guys spent 7 days just to ship my screen. But after two weeks, non working tracking numbers and a ton of emails, it finally came, and it seems to be legit. The packing and everything seems pretty professional, it's a shame they have such awful customer service though.

Edit2: I did change my review, from 1 star to 2 stars. Since you're not a complete scam. The tracking number you sent me didn't start working until 9th of July, and that is when DHL got my package. So it took you one week to prepare my order, and kept emailing me that you had shipped the order since July 3rd and that order was with DHL, even though it wasn't until the 9th.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
I have received used parts.
It is a Google Pixel3a display with a green dot.
And they don't accept the problem.

I've ordered an LCD screen from them in January and I received the items without any issues. The screen is perfect!
