I paid about $1600 for private coaching, etc. I only had two coaching sessions, and there was no follow up. I feel this was a complete waste of money. You can get everything you need to know from the free videos. I don't think they really had anything to offer beyond what the free videos say.

Coach Adrian is an amazing person that helps you in every way possible, providing support and encouragement during calls, but also never leaves you alone in the most difficult times!
He’s helped me tremendously and i would highly recommend his services for anyone going through the process of breaking up with someone they love.

“Be Brave, Be Calm, Be Kind”

When I first started working with Adrian about 11 - 12 months ago, I was broken, I was lost, I was blindsided with the “I love you, but I’m no longer in love with you” my wife was moving out we were getting two separate houses, I was carrying the weight of my past mistakes, trapped in old patterns of anger, control, and fear, and I was watching not only the most important relationships in my life slowly slip away but my kids and my family, I didn’t know how to change, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure it was possible, but I wanted too, I just didn’t know how to at the time, until I came across Adrian.

Let me tell you, there is no silver bullet to fix what you are going though, no quick fix, but what Adrian gave me wasn’t just his guidance and time, he gave me an understanding, he saw through the surface and helped me face the truth with compassion, not shame, he taught me how to slow down, to sit with my emotions instead of reacting to them, and to communicate in ways that built safety and trust instead of tearing it down, he taught me that the silence was Okay, he told me, I had to learn to value myself above everything else, and I know this will be hard to hear but told me to move on from the old relationship, at the time I didn’t understand this, but what happened when I finally accepted this advice and moved on, it allowed me to start building the new version of me, the one others wanted to be around.

Through his support, I learned that real growth isn’t about quick fixes or proving yourself, it’s about consistency, humility, and the courage to stay calm, grounded and steady when everything in you wants to run. With his help, I found a steadiness I’d forgot that I once had, that guy that everyone liked and enjoyed being around, the “live and let live guy”, I once loved this guy, I had just forgotten about him for a while.

Adrian told me, don’t do these changes for your wife or your family, do them for yourself, down the track your family and the ones you love will be the recipient of these one day.

Over time, that work began to ripple out into my life, my relationship, which had once felt beyond repair, now slowly, month by month began to heal, it wasn’t easy, nothing this worthwhile ever will be, but what started as silence turned into gentle connection, then trust, and eventually love returning in a deeper, more genuine way than before.

Coach Adrian is phenomenal, this isn't a program about getting quick gratification in what you want, it's about building you up so that you're able to get what you need, not just in your relationship with your ex, but also your relationship with your self. I am very grateful for coach Adrian's help. After following the online program I reached out for a session with him to help reconnect with my ex partner. I followed everything he said and within a week, after a few months after we broke up we reconnected and are now back together working on rebuilding a brand new and better version of 'us'. I have had the pleasure to work with Coach Danny who guided me with compassion. He is attentive, articulate, direct, patient and highly intelligent. I must admit that I feared that Coach Danny was leading me on because he wanted me to book more sessions HOWEVER I could not have been more wrong. He provided such great direction and he read the situation with an objective perspective. I had a friend tell me my texts to my ex were pathetic and that I should just give up, but Coach Danny read it and advised me otherwise - and guess what?! He was absolutely correct. My ex went from being adamant about our break up to now asking me to spend time with him on a frequent basis.

My situation was a tricky one as my relationship was just over a month long so it was a very short term relationship. My ex then broke up with me, mostly due to my self-sabotaging behaviours that stems from insecurity and my inability to love myself. With Coach Danny's guidance (and also a lot of introspection), I identified what I needed to do to change for myself (NOT MY EX) and I made effort to action the changes. I eventually reached a point where I realised that I need to work on myself and let go of the outcome with my ex. That doesn't mean you don't reach out to your ex and be strategic, rather it means that you FOCUS 90% on yourself and 10% on your ex. I am happy to say that working on myself has resulted in me loving myself more and now I have healthy routines. My friendships also deepened during this time and I am so grateful for the break up because it really taught me so much.

Overall, I think WMEA has an incredible team, their videos are spot on and their approach to coaching is brilliant. If you want to increase your chances of getting your ex back, I would advise:

- BOOK the private coaching sessions (tape your sessions and re-listen to them)
- WORK on yourself, this is YOUR journey and your ex will only be drawn to you if you CHANGE for yourself. You can't change for your ex as that is not sustainable change
- WATCH all the Love Advice TV videos
- CHOOSE Coach Danny (I am biased but I think he is a guru)

Coach Adrian, is the most honorable, caring , and patient relationship coach I have spoken too. He listened to my story, (many times), he was able to guide me through a very difficult breakup. In addition , Adrian helped me learn more about myself, relationships, appreciating life , family, friends,, and there is "True Love" for all of us. One has to Love themselves first, there is no need to chase anyone, and not to become a burden or desperate for any relationship. I have had 2 coaching sessions with coach Danny. I could be honest about my situation for the 1st time ever, he let me talk and listened without judgement. I liked coach Natalies video who was with them for a while. But I can't find those videos anymore. Other videos are okay but I feel they focus too much on manipulating an ex rather than improving myself.

So far I've had two coaching sessions with Coach Adrian and he is very down-to-earth. He let me talk about the experiences and provided steps and strategies (which are working I'm telling ya! - best of all: no game and no manipulation). Coach Adrian was non-judgmental and very attentive throughout the session. I feel very supported with this post-breakup journey. I highly suggest booking a coaching session with Coach Adrian. The course Challenge a man is very interesting and transformational. It is true that the most of the things and advices you are giving are so contra-intuitive and I came to realise that I was doing the things in a wrong way the whole time.

What I noticed indeed was that, when applying your recommendations, I feel powerful and relaxed… while when not applying I feel needy and unsecure the most of the time…

You know, the biggest challenge is when you find a very smart and intuitive guy, whom you like very much… and applying your suggestions in this situation becomes so difficult…

I loss the man i really love… we’re almost 5 years and just a snap of my finger when he met a lady that he said, the woman he really looking for ans just found in 2 weeks he decide to pull

me.I felt so bad and give him a freedom right away . because i don’t want to be taken for granted.i think my mistake was giving him up right away not thinking our years being happy together . i’m still inlove with him but i don’t know how i’m going to do.It’s already 2 months but i’m still
feel the pain . we talked once in a while and i asked him if he is happy he said yes ! but he wasn’t sure yet. i told him that if he inlove why i didn’t see the spark in his eyes like the time we’re together. What i learned here , Giving him the distance will help me a lot and will make myself worth Back. Falling inlove with him loss my self worth . now i need to regain myself .
Thank you Alex for the videos , it’s really helpful for us. we went out a week ago and asked him about what he like/love me before . he said i am unique, loving and very caring. and he told me taht he still like me ans will never forget me.i think he still confused . ( but i see his love letter to her that he really like her) ..my question is do you think i still need to expect that he will back to me?
what i’m doing right now is . i’m trying to give him distance until he knows who really he want ? his trying to avoid me too but after several days we have exchanging messages again .
