Wishpocket Omdömen 

We ordered Owl mittens in the middle of December, we were told they had been shipped but then we heard nothing.
After Xmas we emailed again to be told they had been dispatched then they refused to answer any more emails and refused to give Carrier details.
The tracking system doesn’t work.
No phone contact numbers either, unbelievable!
Don’t waste your money, this is a scam!

I ordered three items on the fourth December, in what I thought was plenty of time for Christmas. They finally arrived today, 26th January. Only one item bore some resemblance to what I ordered, but the other two - owl and wolf Nordic gloves are hideous, especially the owl ones. They are not the colour I ordered, are not lined and it’s impossible to tell what they are meant to be. They were very expensive for what they are - badly made and not fit for purpose. I encourage everyone not to use this company. They are disgraceful. I have photographic comparisons of what I ordered and what I received.

Placed an order at the beginning of December, still haven’t received it and it’s now 25/01/23. I emailed them and they told me to be patient and that it’s in transit. Don’t touch them with a barge pole. They have my money but I haven’t received my order. Not happy

Shocking company. Only putting 1 star as it won't let me put none. Item ordered, lies told all the time regarding when it was coming. When it arrived it looked nothing like the item shown on website. It was basically cheap tat and it cost me £25. Now they refuse to answer my emails. I am going to persue through small claims court on principal. A dreadful company. DO NOT USE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

Ordered two pairs of owl gloves December 10th as I thought they would make nice gifts, they eventually arrived 24th January, only one pair, and not the colour I ordered. The quality of the items are a complete joke, nothing like advertised. I would be embarrassed to give that pair as a gift to someone, I am sure they would be offended. From my experience I would advise you not to buy anything from this company.

Ordered at the beginning of December, arrived 5 weeks after due delivery date. Described as hand knitted Nordic mittens. They are neither hand knitted or Nordic and look absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. Enquiries suggest they have come from China. Advertised as £49.99 reduced to £19.99, I wouldn't give you £4.99

ordered 8th December 2022 still not had order they say delivery never received still waiting to this day now 20th January.
Have sent loads and loads of e mails asking for refund or goods nothing.
Been in touch with Pay Pal who have sent a message no response ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE not that's wrong because they don't have any service. Don't USE.

Further to my previous review, the Owl gloves turned up today, my order was placed 10th Dec (42 days). I can honestly say that these gloves are laughable, they look like an unfortunate owl flew into the side of a bus and slid down the side to an untimely death on the road below.
They are definitely vastly different to the photo on Wishpockets website and if they’re made of cashmere, it must have come from a synthetic goat!
The £22.99 spent on these monstrosities was worth it for one reason, the laugh I had when they eventually arrived.
Appalling company with poor communication, poor quality product, misleading (lying) advertising and all round shocking. No amount of regulation will stop these fraudsters trading so the only way to have a go at sinking them is with honest reviews.

I have received mother to daughter bracelet today, disgusted at item, no box, no verse as advertised, I have emailed them straight away today to ask for full refund plus postage as far as I'm concerned this was false advertising, awaiting their response. Got response from them only to be told can't refund postage informed them as its false advertising I want refund plus postage, no response so far

Disgusting behaviour from a company that is corrupt, incompetent, fraudulent, the ********* just took my money then nothing!!! No item!!

Terrible company. I ordered some gloves 5th dec and I sent an email asking for an update at the end of December as I didn’t receive a response I requested a chargeback on my credit card 5th January. On the 13 January I receive a shipment confirmation. Needless to say the items will be returned for a full refund. Useless.

Please this company is a con you will not get your order they will just take your money please don’t use

Waited a month from date of order to receive an email from them to be told my shipment has finally been made (after 1 month). When I click on track my order it takes me to an Italian website so BEWARE of these scamming b*st*rds - glad my daughter knew nothing about her surprise gift, at least she won’t be disappointed like I am. Avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment

posting for a freind re: owl gloves. Got my money back from PayPal ...item not dispatched...don't respond to emails ..wishpocket are an absolute disgrace. Customer service is absolutely diabolical..avoid !!

I ordered a fidget ring for my GRANDDAUGHTER for Christmas on the 11th of December, however when it arrived (not until 31st December) the card said DAUGHTER.
I have emailed them several times asking for a card for Granddaughter without success. I am very disappointed.

Ordered a gift for my granddaughter 12/12/22. It arrived far too late for her birthday/Christmas. When it arrived it said daughter not granddaughter. Complained via email with a photo of what I received and proof of what I ordered. Refusing to replace. Wish I had checked out reviews before I ordered.

Wish I had seen these reviews first. I ordered the owl gloves 14 December and despite 2 emails I am still waiting. If I could give it nil stars I would. Don't touch them for anything

Ordered the heated gillet. Does not work. The worst Chinese tat I’ve seen.

I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before being scammed by this company. I ordered a pair of Nordic knitted gloves for Christmas for £25. They arrived, way after Christmas. I'd like to show you a picture of the product advertised, versus the shocking rubbish that was received but I think my husband's comment when he saw them, bearing in mind they should have a knitted owl on each glove, was, "is that roadkill?"

Their returns policy notes that the purchaser has to pay for the return postage.
