Wish I read the reviews before purchasing! Absolute rubbish quality and no reply to my request for refund!!
I ordered 3 ornaments. One had a broken head, one a broken arm and the 3rd looked like it was painted by a child.

I ordered my daughter the anxiety fidget ring for her birthday it took about 2 weeks to arrive which was fine, it’s a really lovely ring too! She loves it, also good communication - overall my experience with this company was really positive Thankyou

100% a scam. Do not trust.

They operate under multiple company names. The one I used was Appledogs.

I got my money back from PayPal, thankfully I used this option as something just didn't feel quite right when placing my order.

Bought 2 DRAW with LIGHT DEVELOPING TABLETS. They looked like they had been opened. The boxes had all come apart. I emailed Wishpocket & Sadensk
( different trading name) with photos asking for either a replacement or to refund my money £33.98 and neither had the good grace to reply. Be warned ....

I ordered some flipflops which have since broken after couple weeks. They did request a photo which I subsequently sent but then all gone quiet. £25.00 down the drain ☹️. I asked for full refund or replacement

I ordered and paid for a bracelet before Christmas 2922 as a Christmas gift for my grandson. It was Never received and no response from company. Disgraceful service. I’ve written this order off as a bad experience and feel very disappointed that companies can do this.

Still waiting for an order placed 7 weeks ago , asked for a full refund as had no update on the product ,refund request also ignored , appalling company

Poor quality. Nothing like what I was expecting. Returns policy is a nightmare.

What a disappointment. Ordered a key ring for my granddaughter. Waited 6 weeks. Arrived today but engraved for daughter. Have requested a full refund but won't hold my breath. Hope no one else has this experience what a disgusting scamming company. Should have read all reviews beforehand.

Absolutely dreadful Do Not trade with this company, I Ordered a nurses pen set in November as a novelty gift. They still have not been delivered. I have sent several emails, each one is replied to by an-automated mail promising delivery soon and urging me to check the tracking site, which consistently shows my package to be in Spain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS

Paypal are absolutely no help in making them accountable - why are they still trading?

Absolutely rubbish. Ordered owl gloves that look nothing like the pictures. More like road kill no response when emailing or leaving message on FB.

Would be zero stars if I could. Husband ordered the handmade owl mittens for me for Xmas. Well what I can I say. Finally turned up today and it looks like I have clapped a couple of owls to death. Look nothing like the photos on their site and really poor quality.

Don’t buy!

It’s a scam. I bought some ‘hand knitted’ Nordic mittens with an owl pattern. What arrived a month and a half later (direct from China) bore no resemblence to the image on their website, was machine knitted, of poor quality and the owls looked more like roadkill. When I asked for a refund, the email I received said I could either have a partial refund or pay for the mittens to be posted back to China before getting a full refund. Like I’m going to risk that! When I showed the mittens to work colleagues they all burst out laughing, yes they really are that bad!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 rings and a bracelet 8th Dec. Emailed 11th Jan only to be told they were on their way. Emailed several more times but no response. Tracking says parcel has been returned to sender. Scam scam scam!!!! Will pursue with credit card company.

Ordered a bracelet for my daughter on 8th December for a Christmas (not received). Chased the beginning of January to be advised it was tracked and should be with me in next 10 days. Refused a refund. Chased after 14 to be advised it’s still in transit. Chased today nearly 7 weeks since payment and getting ignored for a refund.

Ordered a Husband bracelet in December and it never arrived, contact with Wishpocket is poor, sent emails to them and they eventually replied and said it was on its way. It still didn't come! Contacted them again they then said they would resend it, it finally arrived in January 2023 only to break after wearing it a couple of times. I have now sent approx 6 emails to ask for help regarding the broken item and Wishpocket have never replied to my emails and this is the only way to contact the company. I hàve sent another one today 28/01/2023. Really disappointed as the leather bracelet is really nice.
