No mention on web of availability, I was emailed immediately to work through change request so that was good. Shipping was a few days delayed before being received by a national carrier, could have been faster there. Otherwise Iâm reviewing before receiving product so not sure how it arrives.

Absolute joke of a business
Absolute joke of a business. Iâve been waiting since September 2025 (itâs now March 2026) for an order. They do not communicate first and Iâve had to send the âchecking on this orderâ first every time. I will never order anything from them again. Iâm getting a refund.

Overall Fine but Custom Printing was Glitchy
I'm not sure how to be fair about this. The site is generally fine and I would have liked to give this review 5 stars, but the custom heat shrink printing was extremely glitchy. It took me an hour to be comfortable with my graphics uploads.
Problems I had were twofold:
1. The resizing handles weren't active.
2. When I tried to upload new art work, no preview showed up. A blank object showed up in the left-side repository. If I clicked on it, the preview area remained blank.
I tried numerous things including clearing cookies and cache several times, as well as using both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
I finally decided to use the art work on file from a previous job, and after a one or two minute wait, the resizing handles appeared and I completed my order (fingers crossed).
Quite a few websites have been hit with attacks lately, and I don't want to be too harsh about these issues.
If it wasn't late at night when I was trying to complete this order, I would have gotten on the phone with the company.

Shipping times are insane for the price paid. UPS is 2days from NJ. I know they canât be much more than the $9 I paid for USPS to ship it to me in 6 days
