Winser London Omdömen 

I started shopping at Winser London in Winter 2020 having discovered them through a youtube video and a code therein.
I have been shopping with them ever since and am a very happy customer. Even though with Brexit the customs duties can be quite expensive when shipping to me in Germany, I can make my money work its value with shopping at their sales and using their offered vouchers and customer points. The service has been outstanding because so friendly and helpful, and the clothes are simply amazing, classic and elegant yet modern and not complicated. With starting to be perimenopausal, my body has changed a bit from hourglass to losing my waist and overall gaining weight without being able to help it really, and I had found myself a little lost with the problem of what to wear for my job as a project manager in the finance industry. You must dress the part in this conservative business, summer and winter, working from home during pandemic or at the office or customer appointments. With Winser London I have slowly managed to build up again a reliable capsule wardrobe of ever classiv and chic pieces that I can even travel with, and that go so well together. They have become favourties of mine.
My favourite pieces are the Merino Pencil skirts of which I have a navy and a black one. I Also have two Miracle classic trousers, in black and Winser blue. I own 2 Merino coat cardigans in purple and black which is my latest addition from the sales. THey are not in stock anymore but I still hope for another one in navy. I have thin Merino wool jumpers in blue and navy to layer or wear on their own when it gets warmer again. The easy silky skirts with or without dots have also found a home with me in Germany and the linen T-Shirts saved me during the hot and humid German southwestern Summer months. I am tall with 1.80m or 5'11/12 so I need good proportions and length in arms and legs and also feel not too restricted. Winser has that. No altering necessary, clothes come and just fit. The quality of the garments are also so well, so that I am getting a lot of wear out of them. It's just as beautiful as it is satisfying. I also have a silk scarf, two Audrey cashmere sweaters in navy and purple, and they have been wise investments. I have a list of things I will purchase in the future like a good blazer and I wait for some more classic colours like a hot pink for tops and maybe the odd leopard for easy shirts.
Everything I have been washing in the washing machine so far, on a wool or delicate cycle, and all has turned out well so far. Gently steaming to straighten the clothes out, and wearing them day in day out, while receiving many compliments and admiring looks. My clothing problem is solved and former problem areas like a minor tummy or just general weight gain or fluctuation through hormonal changes don't bother me anymore because the clothes are just comforatble, flattering and well fitted again. This helps my confidence a lot!!

I am just so grateful and want to share my happiness with these clothes with other women who might wonder whether they are worth their money.
Yes, girl, they are. Go and get them if you can.

I have been desperately looking for a lilac summer top and was delighted when I found this online. The moment I pushed the purchase button, however, I noticed that the sleeves looked to be sort of kimono style and not seamed in, and the shape kind of batwing - the worst cut possible on me. SO I was expecting this would be returned immediately. Instead - it's absolutely lovely, completely flattering, masks the bingo wings and definitely has a shape - and it looks exactly as it does int he photo. The quality of the merino is excellent and it is genuinely soft and drapey. I love it - it really is an elegant version of a T shirt and I will be buying more !

I recently purchased a pair of cashmeres blend jogging pants.
They looked great in the photo but in real life they are don't fit properly in all of the crotch area. So bad so, I would not wear these in public. They just look sloppy.
For the price - £144.95, you would expect a much better design. Unfortunately I am unable to return them, even before I wore them, since I removed the outer tag.

Absolutely 1st class Customer Service - Would recommend - this Company went out-of-their way to provide a Dress that I was after for my daughter - their Gerrards Cross Branch contacted me & delightful lady sent the Dress immediately - arrived quickly beautifully packaged - Many thanks

As I couldn’t find a size 12 miracle dress in magenta I emailed customer service on the 9 December 2021. They emailed straight back to say they would make enquiries at their boutiques and within a few hours the Marlow store emailed to say they had one in stock. I received the dress on the 10 December. Would definitely recommend this Company.

I purchased some sale items from my home in Germany.
On arrival there was a charge of 87 euro for customs duty due to the manner in which they ship.
I did not accept the parcel.
Winser has not recalled the parcel and insists I pay the tax before refunding. I have never received the parcel
Winter London head of customer service refuses a refund. Here we go for escalation to regulator and court if needed.

First purchase of the miracle dress and I love it. Sizing is accurate. Would definitely be buying again.

Beautiful dress, looks far more expensive than it was and the service was very fast. Description and sizing was very accurate. I am a Winser fan!

sadly these clothes are also made in china and sadly after one wash , labels fall off, cardboard holding a skirt together (???)comes apart. totally cheap.

I have been a winser devotee since it first arrived online. Exquisite products and the customer service is second to none. Emma is amazing. Your product will arrive at your door with unrivalled presentation. I have been lucky enuf to purchase around the world. And the winser experience is as good and some cases better.

Placed an order for jumper and received confirmation. Excitedly waiting and decided to chase up as not received. Happy with prompt Customer service response from Emma saying check with the warehouse . Not happy with refund that was then processed as they had no stock . When I queried this Emma explained computer glitch . Was so looking forward to my first order here . Would have been a 1 star but for Emma responding to e mails promptly .

I have purchased 4 Miracle dresses since I discovered the brand through a friend in Tokyo. They are AMAZING! They stretch and tuck in all the right places to show off your figure and they are super comfortable. They are perfect for dressing up for an evening out or for the office. Highly recommend them.

Kim Winser nails dresses. The style, the quality, the fabric and the cut! I call them my armour! You put them on and feel absolutely that you have been dressed with confidence. Forget power dressing....this is powerful dressing...and you still look and feel like a woman! Congrats!!!

I ordered the Georgette skirt and blouse, which arrived quickly and carefully packaged. An extremely flattering cut, that looks wonderful on. Extremely efficient service, easy website/ordering and impressive selection of beautiful clothes.

I can't rate Winser London clothing high enough. As “une femme d'un certain age”, I appreciate the quality and style that they provide. Fast fashion is no longer of supreme importance, however great style with a fashionable twist is. This is what they have consistently supplied me with since 2014. Winser London is not cheap, however it is not expensive and is definitely great value for money. Clothing purchased from other brands in the same price bracket has often failed to stand the test of time. Winser London has always excelled. Thank you Kim Winser, and especially your staff for their advice, help and inspiration over the years. You and your products are fab!

I have been a very satisfied customer of Winser London for several years now. Most recently I purchased their super fine merino sweater. I am greatly impressed with its quality, softness, design and colour. I can’t often wear wool against my skin, but knowing WL’s quality, I took a chance, and I am thrilled. Their miracle dresses really are miraculous for their design, fit and comfort. Their customer service and speed of delivery are outstanding. I can recommend WL with complete confidence.

My first purchase from Winser London was 5 years ago
(a beautiful pink silk blouse) which I immediately loved, and still choose to wear frequently.
Since then, I have purchased several garments from Winser each Season. I particularly love the range of trousers, silk blouses and knitwear, which I can build on each year to create a different look.
Because I am unable to visit any of the shops due to distance, I often discuss the garment I am considering buying with either a member of staff at the Marlow store or Customer Services.
I have found all the staff extremely helpful, and will try their best to track down a particular item for me, when it is not available on their web site
I look forward eagerly to their new range in the Autumn

I was so delighted with my first order from Winser which was delivered promptly (within 24 hours!) and it was wrapped beautifully in a box with tissue. Service was first-class – a definite plus in these uncertain times. My dress is really lovely – I love it, especially as it hides my protruding tummy (caused by osteoporosis and changed shape). Thanks so much to Winser London. I had never heard of this company before and it was only by reading a magazine given to me by a neighbour that I saw this dress in green. I will definitely now keep my eye on the Winser website!
