Ich habe seit 5 Tage Kontakt mit Eyeem aber

Die lügen dich frech. Ins Gesicht und schreiben weiter als wäre nie was passiert ich würde meine Bilder nicht mehr verkaufen egal was kommt

Finger weg sonst sind die auch weg

Ich habe über 9000€ VERLOREN

Und ich kann alles beweisen ich habe mir alles gespeichert

Dieser Herr nennt öffentlich in den Kommentarspalten einer liebenden Mutter ihr Kind "Hund". So einen Menschen würde ich mit nichts beauftragen oder zu raten ziehen. Absolute Unterschicht.

I put tons of my photos on this website in the hopes of making a little side income. After doing this, I haven't ever been able to sign back in. They also won't send me an email to replace my password. They are acting as if my account never existed, although it clearly did.

They never answer questions. It actually used to be a good site, but over the last two years it's just gone downhill. Not recommended.

Sehr schlechtes Team. Probleme werden ignoriert. Man bekommt NIE eine Antwort auf Fragen.Zum Beispiel ich habe ofters gefragt warum ist es nicht möglich mehrere Fotos auf ein mal zu loschen statt dies mühsam 1 nach dem andern wie üblich ist.....Die Roboter die sie verwenden zum filtern sind shr schlecht in Zeiten von KI undenkbar. Manche meiner Fotos haben sehr klar zu erkennen Menschen in Vordergrund da sagt der Roboter "Commercial use OK bei anderen ähnlichen Fotos da sagt der Roboter " Needs Property release,,, na wirklich vermeiden Sie die Platform wenn sie es noch könnenn

Jeder kann einmal Insolvent gehen. Passiert halt leider. Dass die unsere Bilder aber immer noch verkaufen, teilweise für einen Cent, und dass es unmöglich ist, sein PayPal zu verknüpfen, ist nicht mehr nur fragwürdig ...

I tried to contact customer service, but there was never an answer. The earnings for 2023 & 2024, totaling 40.56 US$, are still on hold and cannot be withdrawn. Still waiting for Eyeem's goodwill to release my earnings. Because of this incident, I have requested 2025 earnings and am still waiting for the money to arrive in my PayPal balance.

Casi todos los nuevos seguidores que recintes son falsos, gente que dice estar interessada a pagar un alto precio por algunas de tus fotografias i cuando ven que no les haces caso dejan de seguirte. Unos dias despues vuelven a la carga con lo mismo.
Ni sueñes en vender una fotografia.

Non existant customer service. There are no human beings working there, if there are they don't like working with people! I uploaded 2 photos onto the site & was only on the site about 2 hrs. before getting booted off, then was unable to log back on, this was on a Friday. I could not reach anyone w/ a pulse all wknd, I got one automated message back which was of no help at all & by Monday I had written 10 emails all asking for help getting back into my account without a single response whatsoever. so much for customer service. Then I try out of frustration before giving up all together to log back in one more time for the site to say that "user has been suspended"...Really?¿" Unprofessional as fu©k. I don't recommend.

The app seemed okay. My photos were uploaded and I got likes and followers. The problem I noticed is that all of em had the same posts(I would love to buy your photos for$5000. I didn't pay attention to it at first because I thought it'll just be one post but 8-10 posts?🤔. I just deleted my account because It was just too good to be true.And I already left em a review on their app.

Cant connect to PayPal to get my money, Can't delete my account because I can't connect PayPal account to EyeEm. Maybe it's best not to connect PayPal to this scam... This is bullshit, shady shit.

Ich bin seit 8 Jahren bei EyeEm und war bisher immer zufrieden. Jetzt habe ich jedoch ein Problem mit PayPal, da ich nicht mehr auf meine Einnahmen zugreifen kann. Trotz mehrerer E-Mails an den Support habe ich bislang keine Antwort erhalten.
Mein Konto löschen kann ich auch nicht, weil noch Einnahmen ausstehen.

Es existiert kein Support mehr!

Ich wollte es lediglich testen und sehen wie die App funktioniert.
Kaum hatte ich die App herunter geladen, ein Foto, als Test hochgeladen, bekam ich nach keiner Minute bereits ein "like" zu meinem Foto.
Wooow, dachte ich. Nach 2 Minuten, bereits ein Kaufangebot für 2500 $ !
Dachte nur noch, das kann doch gar nicht sein !
Also machte ich einen Screenshot und wollte Helpdesk Anfrage, ob das Angebot überhaupt seriös sein kann.

Weit gefehlt. Weder die Funktion FAQ, noch die Auswahl Helpdesk, waren anwählbar resp. die App reagierte nicht darauf.
Habe parallel dazu auch auf dem Tablet es versucht. Genau das gleiche.....

Wie gesagt, sehr, sehr dubiose, rate grundsätzlich ab.
Werde bewusst nicht die Position anwählen, dass das Unternehmen über meine Bewertung informiert sein soll, denn keine Ahnung was dann noch zusätzlich kommt.
Mir ist einfach wichtig, dass viele meine Erfahrung lesen können, um zumindest danach mit anderen Bewertungen vergleichen zu können.

Signed up 3 days ago and uploaded 100+ photos. Today - deleted all photos and account due to bad experience. The site is absolutely infested with lice and vermin (read - scammers). Have blocked more than 50 scam accounts who have been trying to make me message them on telegram or WhatsApp. They copy and paste the same words, down to the bad grammar and typos, and think people will send money to them? How pathetic can they be? Block one scam account and three others pop up. There is no way to close the comment section so they comment and leave their unsavoury filthy traces (yuk!) on your product page.

Account blocking doesn’t work - 1. Somehow the same blocked account can still follow you again the next day. 2. The blocking function blocks me from seeing their account but they can still somehow see my photos and comment. - So what is the point of blocking their account when they can still see me?

The review process has speeded up considerably since they got a new investor. However the inconsistencies are so ridiculous.

Two similar photos with just minor differences - one gets fast tracked and selected for partner. The other wasn’t accepted. And their property and model releases requirements are so random and wacky. One photo showing whole building facades doesn’t need a property release and gets selected for partner. But another photo showing a tiny sliver of a roof needs a property release. One photo showing a full length close shot of four persons’ backs gets accepted without question. Another photo showing two tiny black silhouettes in the distance needs model releases - Hello?? You cannot tell if they are men or women let alone see their faces.

EyeEm is terrible. I feel like I need a bath with all those dirty scammers crawling all over my page. — EyeEm is well aware of these scammers. They have a section highlighting this. But they are not doing much about it. If they really want to act against these fake accounts, they can do what I did. Post some photos and see what creepy crawly crawls out of the woodwork.

This app is totally out of control and has been taken over by scammers. Worst thing is as a loyal customer they won’t let me delete my photos or my account. AVOID THIS LIKE YOU WOULD AVOID THE PLAGUE.

Has anyone had any offers from someone on EyeEm to buy pictures, but the person wants you to message them on WhatsApp or Telegram, share photos there and send your PayPal information and they will send money there? It all sounds a little too good to be true to me? What if I send pictures and never get the money?

Was Good initially ..but now waste of time 90% of the photos gets declined , it was become just another wannabe photo monetization site
