Michelle and Dean have always been super helpful and got things done efficiently. We had to postpone out trip recently at the last minute and Michelle did a great job at changing everything. Such a pleasure to have them as my travel agent with one big worry taken away from me.

After having our original holiday to the US cancelled due to the pandemic and a substantial amount of credit on our account I spoke to Neil direct to arrange an alternative holiday for 2022. He provided excellent service and did everything he could to accommodate our needs. He is a great communicator, friendly with a personal touch and has a passion for travel.
