Thank you so much to Neil Henderson at Winged Boots for booking our holiday. He went over and above what I would expect in order to find the perfect holiday for us - even responding to emails on his day off. I will definitely be going back to Winged Boots and Neil to book our future holidays.

We booked our holiday at winged boots with Neil. He has been so so helpful. He is very knowledgable about the travel industry. He has so much experience and he made it feel like nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt will be booking all future holidays through Neil.

Changed our Florida flights booked with ocean Florida very easily and still have credit available to book another getaway 😃. Got a full credit note within a day from winged boots can’t fault them 👌🏻. Where to start, we originally had a family holiday booked through Ocean Florida for my daughters 16th birthday. Along came C19 and that couldn't happen. Our holiday was changed over 4 times in 2 years and we passed over to Louise at winged boots a sister company of OF.
SHE IS AMAZING!
We talked through and planned a couple of different trips C19 depending and with each change of itinerary and plans she seemed genuinely happy to help and support us. Eventually we ended up going to the Maldives and Dubai and after over 2 years of changes and planning we had THE BEST holiday. Even in resort she was available for us and sorted out everything from start to finish.
I don't usually use an agent but i will be using WB / OF and reaching out to Louise to book our future trips.

I cannot begin to thank Michelle enough for all of the help that she has given us in booking our holiday. Having decided to change hotels at our original destination we then decided to change destinations at less than a weeks notice and Michelle could not have been more helpful. We were provided with professional advice to help us decide where to go and where to stay. When our daughter tested positive for Covid 24 hours before we were due to fly Michelle didn't panic and rearranged the entire trip without penalty taking all of the stress out of the situation that we found ourselves in. I will be using Michelle and the Winged Boots team for all of my forthcoming holidays.

We've just arrived back from our honeymoon in Dubai after what can only be described as the best time of our life. Winged Boots provided a great holiday in a fantastic hotel without fault.
The service provided by Claire Baker has been absolutely amazing throughout and we can't speak highly enough of her. Nothing has been too much trouble for her and she has gone over and above her duty in making sure that everything went as well as possible. She has been friendly, professional and outstanding in everything she's done. The nicest thing of all is that she went out of her way and arranged a special, personalised wedding gift for my wife before we flew on holiday, this was so thoughtful and just blew us away.
Thank you Claire for all that you've done, you're a credit to Winged Boots, yourself, and are what we now consider a valued friend. If we have any further travel arrangements you can be sure that they'll be coming through you.
