Shocking. nothing like the picture. If you want to return them they have to be sent to China at your cost which isnt cheap. Ive been totally ripped off.
Its disgusting that companies can do this to innocent people. Report them to trading standards people!!!!

Listen to the bad reviews! Poor quality and when you go to rerun the item it’s virtually impossible. They don’t want to give you the returns address and when they do, several emails later, the returns address is in China. After going to the Post Office I was informed my item which cost £40 would cost me £28 to return. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

I would give zero stars if I could. The dress and cardigan I received look nothing like the photos – the material is cheap and poor quality. I requested a refund since the items were not as described, but was told I’d have to return them at my own expense to China. The return costs are outrageous: local courier from €23, DHL from €49.50, and FedEx from €108.50. This is unacceptable given I didn’t receive what I ordered.
To make matters worse, they insisted the items be returned with tags, but none were attached – just thrown into a clear plastic bag. The whole experience feels like a scam. Their website is misleading, the “reviews” don’t reflect reality, and the so-called “closing down sale” makes it look like a UK boutique when it’s not. Save your money – avoid this company. I have escalated to my card provider and reported on facebook.

Absolute rubbish such poor quality, really nasty material. don’t waste your time or money because the refund hoops you’ll have to jump through first are painful.

Ich habe die vielen schlechten Bewertungen über Windsor gelesen und meine Bestellung mit schlechtem Bauchgefühl aufgegeben. Aber: die Lieferung erfolgte prompt, die Ware war von guter Qualität und die Annahme der Rücksendung und die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises waren prompt! Alles so, wie es sein soll! Ich werde gerne wieder bestellen!

Ordered for homecoming in September of 2024. I received my order (on time) of a few dresses and picked the one I wanted and fit. We returned the others to stores nearby easily and got refunded. My dress held up steadily and was in great condition and was beautiful. The only problem was that the red dye of the fabric ruined my clear phone case that was in the pocket of the dress, staining it red. Otherwise had a great experience.

Wished I would have checked reviews beforehand! Received my co-ord set yesterday. Only positive was the colour! It was made of the cheapest nastiest material. One arm on the jacket was longer by the other and one strap on the dress was thicker than the other. Made a complaint and basically told 'colours may vary slightly from the web'. I didn't complain about the colour!! I wouldn't even be bothered sending it back (which I've been advised will cost me £25)!! Its going straight in the bin.

I would give it a zero star - absolute scam. Bought and paid for a prom dress but the neither the email or the online chat works. Just impossible to get a hold of anyone. Lost a lot of money - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!

Vorsicht bei Bestellungen – absolut enttäuschender Kundenservice!

Ich habe bei Windsor bestellt – geliefert wurde nie etwas. Über zwei Monate hinweg habe ich mehrfach den Kundenservice kontaktiert. Die wenigen Antworten, die ich erhalten habe, waren immer nur automatisierte Standardtexte, die in keiner Weise auf mein Anliegen eingegangen sind.

Trotz mehrfacher Bitten wurden keine konkreten Nachweise zur angeblichen Lieferung erbracht. Eine echte Rückmeldung steht bis heute aus. Der Fall liegt inzwischen beim Anwalt.

Ein derartiger Umgang mit zahlenden Kunden ist untragbar. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, hier zu bestellen. Absolut enttäuschend und inakzeptabel!

They sold me a faulty and damaged dress that cost £65. They tried to get out of refunding/replacing the item. It's taken me hours of emailing, only when I explained Consumer rights laws to them they offered a return but are trying to make me pay a processing fee! The person I've been in contact with is cold, unhelpful and has closed the query because I didn't reply within two days and now I have to start all over again. Frankly disgusted with the values of this company, definitely will never buy from them again

They charge a lot for shipping. Both items bought were not true to the size guide and needed to be returned. I processed the return only to find out International returns are NOT free!!! They only have an option to return via DHL for $15. So I'm out $27+ and have nothing to show for it. Stay away from this vendor if not in the USA.

Great dress but returns was £18 from anywhere other than the US and had to be through DHL express meaning I couldn't post it through my local post office.

Absolute shite quality, my dress was £100, the fabric and finishing is really bad, you can’t tell from pictures but close up it will easily show, returns cost £18, so don’t bother buying from this website.

Der Kundenservice im Online Shop ist wirklich einfach nur schlecht. Der Kunde wird wie ein Verbrecher behandelt. Wochenlang wird man mit Copy/Paste Standardantworten vertröstet und erst danach mit Forderung nach eidesstattlicher Erklärung etc. konfrontiert, obwohl es sich um Standardprozesse handeln soll wenn eine unvollständige Lieferung gemeldet wird. Einem vergeht die Lust aufs Shoppen und der Glaube an e-commerce

I read the reviews and at first was scared to buy off of here, then I had a look on TikTok and it seemed legit so I bought a dress, which is absolutely gorgeous, fits perfectly, is exactly as advertised and I'm overall really impressed. Most of these 1 star reviews are people complaining about the £18 return fee, but I'm not sure they've even read the info on the website because Windsor clearly state this. Overall I had a great experience and I would definitely buy again. Oh and forgot to mention my dress came to the UK in 3 days!! crazy fast shipping.

I reside in UK. Ordered more than one for choice. Tried to return one only ti find out that it would cost me £18 to rerun. The skirt cost £24!!!!!!!!!

I was looking at these reviews and i was panicking thinking my dress was going to be “bad quality” or “baggy” but its just not. I was worrying for absolutely nothing!, The dress i received was UNREAL and i cannot wait to wear it! I am 5,8, slim and ordered at Small(8) and couldn't fit any better!

I used to always shop here, but they have been selling the same clothes for years!! A mini dress I wore to a Christmas party in 2017 is still being sold there! They really need to up their game. All of their items are extremely outdated. Even Forever 21 gets new clothes!

I went in to buy two prom dresses that I saw on there website. I asked Victoria (she worked there) if she could help me she immediately pulled a dress down my daughter wanted to try on. and then I was asking her a few more questions about the website, she walked over to the computer and looked up the dress I was asking about. she was very friendly and very upbeat and sweet and willing to help. I bought both dresses from her, and got free shipping to my house. I was so impressed with her. More department stores need Sales people like her with an attitude of friendliness and kindness. Thank you Victoria, your the Best

If I could give Windsor 0 stars I would. Paid £37 for a dress, didn’t fit right so returned it. I was told £18 would be deducted from my refund for this which I wasn’t happy about but still it’s better than nothing so went ahead with it. Still hadn’t received a refund after a month and so I emailed the customer service team who were slow at responding throughout. A few days later they sent me a refund of £9.20 when I was owed £19. When I queried this I was told that shipping, taxes and duties were non refundable which quite frankly sounds like a load of lies. This wasn’t made clear to me upon sending the item back, and when I expressed my frustration at this, the customer service representative I was dealing with spouted more lies and wasn’t willing to reason with me at all. They were rude, showed no compassion and kept arguing with me. What sort of company does this? Stay clear, they are dodgy as anything. What a SCAM
