Window Supply Direct Omdömen

I am not a builder, and was quite unsure on a number of technical aspects regarding the sizes. The help I received over the phone was excellent easy to understand. The windows arrived on the day agreed and I received a call an hour before delivery. The windows were excellent and my builder was extremely impressed with the quality. I would highly recommend the company and the product. Superb, l don’t believe it could be any better than it did. Thank you Window Supply Direct.

Great communication, delivery and product

Fast delivery, good quality windows.

Not good service but I was sent out my delivery with glass missing but my paperwork said the order was all there

Easy to order, and delivered on time. Thank you.

Great supplier, quality product at a great price point. Highly recommended

I recommend this company and would use them again, I ordered 7 windows one of the windows had a faulty shoot bolt and they had no hesitation in replacing it for me excellent service.

Great contact. Quick answer on all of the questions and great quality of window. Definitely I will back for more windows

Great service, would definitely recommend

Super easy window design tool.
Super friendly and communicative team.
Windows arrived intact and on time.
I will be using them again very soon soon.

Window arrived less than 2 weeks after order and was cheaper than other quotes I had. Good communication the whole way through. Would definitely order again

I have order the window for the bathroom and they have deliver the wrong glass. When I asked to send right glass they said that's my fault.
I'm not happy at all.
Please if you want order the window with them you will need in writing email confirmation.

Competitively priced and well made. Cannot fault the quality or value for money.
Only one minor gripe over the delivery or it would have been five stars. I ordered just one fairly small window. They deliver in a 12.5tonne lorry and the driver decided they could not deliver to my house simply because they would have had to block the road.
On the phone they said they would have to deliver to an industrial unit a couple of miles from town. I managed to persuade them to bring the window to my shop in the High Street.
Honestly, it would have been better if they had used UPS or DPD than have a massive lorry (which was almost completely empty) for a single window delivery. Furthermore, every other delivery driver (not just to our house) has cheerfully blocked the road as that's literally the ONLY way to deliver anything big in our street.

Arrived when expected

Friendly and helpful service. Will definitely use again.

Delivered when promised and quality of the windows are very good. A novice would probably appreciate a fitting guide but all in all great service

Product is great quality and everything supplied was perfect. Everything fitted as it should and the window was installed with monissues

Everything as promised
Good service.

Brilliant service
Staff were very helpful on the phone
Delivery arrived bang on time
The phone call from the driver an hour before arrival was also much appreciated
the windows themselves were very well made and measured exactly to what was ordered

Perfect window, just what the garage needed. Easy fit and no messing about. Delivered on time and a helpful driver.
