Martin and Luke were absolutely brilliant. We had Five windows and a new door fitted and the quality of the product and the way they were fitted and also the price was excellent. Next year we will be using Windowmart to fit another Four windows. I would rate them 11 out of 10.

We originally had Martin in to replace a back door in a newly purchased house. The door size was irregular and had some issues with the brickwork above it. The new door fitted is to a very high standard and Martin dealt with the issues above the door. We had him back in to replace a leaking bay window that had been poorly fitted by the previous owners. The windows were replaced and made water tight quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the service and the professionalism of Martin and his team. Will be getting him back as other windows need replacing.

From meeting for the quote, through to fitting our new bi-fold doors, Martin was helpful, informative and always on time. Martin did a great job, offered a reasonable price and was very easy to deal with. Thank you!

From initial consultation to project completion, I found Martin to be professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. On discussing what I thought I wanted, he offered advice, guidance and a competive price. Arriving on time, preparing the area and tidying it afterwards I was impressed with his attitude to provide the best service all round. Highly recommended (in fact already lined work up for family member) and I wouldnt hesitate to use WindowMart again. Excellent service.

Windowmart's service was excellent - extremely reliable and provided a great product. We needed our patio door fitted in conjunction with some roofing work. Martin agreed a date with us, ordered the product we chose and liaised with the roofers beforehand ensuring all the work was carried out on the agreed date, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Also, a few weeks on and we've noticed that the respective room is now a lot warmer as heat isn't being lost as it was before, which is a testament to the product supplied. Highly recommended.

Martin has done quite a bit of work for us over the past few years, huge multi-day jobs and smaller jobs, and it's always excellent quality, neat and tidy and good value. Very friendly, very reliable and very helpful. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent service from Martin in fitting new patio door/window with Luke today. Cannot recommend highly enough. Martin is professional, hardworking, trustworthy and does a fantastic job at a competitive price. He initially gave us some really good ideas and advice on what to replace our existing patio doors with.He has done various jobs for us over the past few years to a very high standard, including installing a new front door, and replacing all our fascias and gutterings. We can’t thank him enough and will definitely be using WindowMart again in the future.

Excellent service, they arrived on time and were very efficient. New door installed and old one taken away. They also cleared up after they had finished.

unfair and deceptive trade practices
paid for dark tinted glass and Window Mart broke glass
they had to order new glass and the new glass they ordered was light tint due to noit wanting to pay the original cost of the dark tint. They ordered llight tint because it was cheaper than the dark tinted glass. When requested refund due to the glass not specification of what my step daughter paid for Ms. Lily Owner stated you have to take what we ordered. However, they charged for dark tinted glass $740,
light tinited glass was $688.

Excellent service from start to finish. Marin is reliable, polite, helpful and friendly. The standard of his work is outstanding. We have had full front of house done and another window and door. Each job has been completed to a high standard and no issues with anything. From now on we would never go anywhere else other than Windowmart. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer service, installation and quality of product.

I was recommended by a colleague at work whom he had fitted a door for. They were thoroughly impressed with his work.
He came and gave me a quote and there was no pressure at all. He fitted a new composite front door, 2 brand new patio doors which included windows. He also replaced hinges on windows that had broken and replaced glass in a window that had blown. He is always on time and responds to messages straight away. Very hardworking and knowledgeable. I have had a nightmare with trades people since moving to Wales. Never on time, creating a mess & changing the quote half way through the work. Martin was a dream! I will definitely be using him again and have recommended him to several of my friends. If only all trades persons could be more like him! Thank you once again!

Martin is very professional I can’t fault from start to finish . Confirmed start date came fitted windows in 3 days kept my house as clean as possible and cleared away every day .No problem in recommending him and Luke. My windows look amazingly.
