I met Martin when he was recommended. He went through my options with clarity. I made my choice after listening to his recommendations. He told me the exact date my bifolds would be fitted and sure enough it was done on that exact date. All of the old doors and frames removed and new ones fitted and all left clean and tidy with a high quality product.

Windowmart has just put seven new windows and a new front door. Honestly can’t thank Martin enough fantastic job at an amazing price. Communication and detail was first class. You can clearly tell Martin cares and he delivers.

New windows over two floors and sliding doors. 1) Straight forward measurement and quote 2) installed on days as planned 3) Martin takes good care with installation and leaves the place tidier then before he started 4) Martin takes pride in a good finish and at no moment was he rushing through. Complete job done in 4 days. I did a lot of comparisons and researched reviews of competitors. Martin wins on price, quality workmanship. The windows are a significant improvement.

Martin installed 7 windows, front and side doors and a patio door and I'm really pleased with the results - they look great and have made a big difference. The whole process was smooth and easy with a competitive price, great quality and, almost as important, excellent communications from Martin. He's also very easy to get on with! I have no hesitation in recommending Martin to anyone.

Perfection from start to finish. Very competitive quote followed by reliability and an excellent standard of work. We had 6 large windows and a composite front door installed. All of which are excellent quality. Martin also replaced existing misted up annexe window glass. Martin and Luke were punctual, well organised and efficient. They cleared up at the end of each day and were respectful of our home and belongings in every way. Martin fully explained all the functionings of the new windows and doors. He also gave us very helpful advice. Martin and Luke were a pleasure to have around. The customer service was excellent throughout and i genuinely recommend Windowsmart to everyone. Can’t praise Martin at Windowmart highly enough. Our old “bespoke” glass roof had developed a few leaks during the last 10 years. The roof cannot easily be removed or replaced and the cost would be considerable. I contacted Martin who was so helpful and honest, admitting that he would not be able to resolve the problem completely. It’s now been 3 months and happy to report an 80% improvement. I no longer need to cover all furniture when rain is forecast.

He answered straight away, came within 15 min after my first call and fixed the window mechanism for me within 5 min

Found the guy, very helpful, experienced and knowledgeable, when I asked any questions they explained everything, they were very clean and what detritus was created was cleaned. I do not think that the windows, door or trim could have been fitted any better by any other company...
