WARNING...Avoid at all costs
We want to let you know that we made order at June 14th and still not received the ordered items.
We asked as well when the items be delivered the answer was we don't know.
We asking to return amount of money payd for not received items and when they will do that the answer was we don't know.
It looks like we just was robbed on 200 pounds by the windocleaningwarehouse
Do you considering return the money for the ordered items was not received and when?
Before placing the order fell free to write us for updates otherwise we not recommend to make an order with them

Excellent service
The prices were competitive, and the goods were delivered on time and carefully packaged. One item was the wrong size but that was swiftly corrected. I would recommend them for "householders" like me.

I bought a wagtail from them, which was slightly damaged, but could still use it,
They immediately apologised, & sent out a replacement, fast,
They have a WhatsApp customer service number,
& reply to you fast,
Sent me a £10 voucher which I used to buy some more equipment from them,
They know what they’re doing, because as a result of my experience, I now have them as my main go to for equipment, & have spent more money with them, & will continue to do so.

i have the bonus of living close to window cleaning warehouse the staff are very professional with the added bonus of being very friendly and always available to help either on the phone or via a visit .
in the seven yrs of trading i have always used their service and have never had a problem and will continue to use and support them for their experience and service they have to offer.

Don’t really know where to start to be…
Don’t really know where to start to be honest. Ordered a part for a big boy window cleaning backpack, this is now back pack 2 ! . Since last year !.
No power from machine AGAIN!!!, so took their advice and got a new speed controller. Was ordered on next day delivery, never came had to chase up and got my money back for delivery, item arrived tonight only a switch that has bits bent , no other parts to clip in , no other connectors. NOTHING. This is now 3 times I have lost business by machines not working or disgraceful customer service.
What can be done , I require a working BIG BOY to actually do my job ?. Please help get this sorted

Position Experience
I never seem to get round to leaving reviews but in Window Cleaning Warehouse the review is fully deserved.
I have been using the company for a while now and from the start I have been very pleased with how I have been treated.
Every item I have ordered has arrived promptly and the team have been very helpful with any queries I've had.
I will certainly be using Window Cleaning Warehouse in the future!

I recently had a facelift heatwave system fitted by WCW at their branch in South Wales. The staff were really friendly and helpful and did a brilliant job of installing the system. WCW are my go to supplier for window cleaning tools and products. 5🌟
