We have just spent 4 idyllic days in the Chicken Shed with our 6 year old granddaughter. It was her first holiday without mummy and daddy so we wondered if she may be a bit fretful but we need not have worried. She loved every moment. We tried everything - stargazing and storytelling in the geodesic dome, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the woodland glade behind the lodge (you reach it down a slide!), lazing in the hot tub, barbecuing sausages in a thunderstorm, eating breakfast on the deck each morning and making friends with the ponies and alpacas. We made memories to last a lifetime in this wonderful, peaceful haven in the Cotswolds. Jo and Steve have got this just right. beautiful lodges with lovely furnishings and the great outdoors just beyond your window. Places we visited - Broadway with its great children's playground and super shops, The Rollright Stones - very mystical, Bourton on the Water with it's exciting dinosaur park, Lower Slaughter to see the water mill and Stratford on Avon. We ate out twice, once at Edgehill at The Castle (lovely food) and once at The Bell in Shenington, (a proper country pub with good food, though parking was awkward.) Absolutely stunning! I would leave more stars if I could!!

We came with our 9 year old and 9 month old two friends and their 8 year old and stayed in Bobs lodge. Everything had been thought about, from SMEG appliances, to fruit bowls and a delicious Victoria sponge and juicy apples on arrival it’s the little touches that set this location apart.

We swung on the hammocks, played games on the deck, stroked the alpacas and star gazed in the dome after a dip in the hot tub. Day trips into Shakespears town and National Trust Upton Park, truly a one of a kind location. We will be back.

We stayed at the Jess Tree Bach this August and had a great experience.
The 'Bach' was to a very high standard and the decor and appliances were great. The location was private, but with an amazing view of the sheep.
We like keeping to ourselves and the way in which the instructions were given on the day made it easy for us to move straight in and starting enjoying immediately.
The facilities were great with the hot tub, pizza oven and bbq amongst others.
The WiFi and TV setup was good also which helped settle in the late evening.
We had a Tesco delivery direct to the lodge, which was great and when we go again I'd arrange that just shortly after arrival.
The location gave us easy access in the car for us to go to see the birthplace of Shakespere and we also drove to Cotswolds safari park.

Great experience and would highly recommend.

I spent 2 nights at Bobs Lodge, with 3 girlfriends, celebrating our birthdays. We had high expectations of the lodge, which were far surpassed. The location was idyllic, relaxing with lovely country views and the accommodation was beautiful with quality furnishings and high spec equipment. There were also some quirky add ons, such as the hot tub, hammocks, outdoor bedroom and bbq building. Our lodge was private and ideal for our needs. We hired the chef for one evening and would highly recommend it for a special occasion. We noticed other lodges that looked perfect for families with small children. The whole process from booking, to checking in and out was seemless and communication spot on.

What an amazing place, the spec of the treehouse is phenomenal.. We went for our 6 yo daughter’s birthday and the touch with the cakes, bunting and balloons really made her day. Can’t recommend will’s treehouse enough, peaceful, tranquil and has everything you could want or need and more!

This is the sixth time we have stayed at Winchcombe Farm it’s definitely a place that looks exactly like the photos. There is nothing else you need when you stay in the lodges everyone at Winchcombe Farm has done an amazing job. Definitely recommend it.

Winchcombe Farm is an absolutely amazing place to stay. The lodges are spotless, have all sorts of appliances, a welcome pack of cake, coffee, tea and apples, lovely outdoor facilities and all in a beautiful location. Communication is great. I would absolutely recommend and hope to return.

We had an excellent long weekend for our family gathering at Ben's Burrow. The facilities were second to none and we enjoyed a memorable stay. We will certainly return again sometime in the future.

What an amazing few days away. Feel so chilled! Upon arrival to our lovely little lodge we were greeted by ponies in the paddock right outside the front door and sheep bleating in the fields. Opening the door to our small but perfectly formed accommodation was a welcome pack, cake, fruit, milk, tea and coffee.
We made full use of the hot tub and pizza oven and the kids loved sleeping in the dome under the stars. Would definitely recommend staying here or if you need more space, maybe one of the larger lodges.

My daughters and I had the most wonderful time in the “chicken shed”. There is a magical peace about Winchcombe. It was amazing to watch the stars from the geodome, we loved sitting in the hot-tub listening to the sheep and really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the cake and apples for the horses. Jo’s taste in decor and furnishings was impeccable. We’ll be back!

Tree house was amazing everything we need was there , but no grocery stores near by you need to bring your own stuff if you come without car ,

Mid week break in Bobs Lodge was amazing. Everything you need and more , opened the door and there was a superb Victoria sponge waiting for us along with fruit and other essentials. Comfortable, clean well stocked with all high end mod cons, we didn’t need for anything. Made full use of the eight seater barbecue and the hot tub plus the geodesic dome.
The setting for all the lodges is perfect , quiet, chilled and relaxed and so nice to see the llamas and little ponies.
Enjoyed a 20 minute walk along the country lane to Tysoe a quaint country village with all you need, a village store, post office and pub and lovely houses.
Winchcombe farm delivered exactly what we wanted a wonderful relaxed break. Thank you.

Brilliant stay and hosts were amazing

We could not have asked for a better place to stay on really short notice. The host couldn't have been one helpful from enquiry to check out. They even helped us source a local engineer for our car!

Will definitely be back and have already recommended numerous times!

I cannot recommend Bob’s Lodge at Winchcombe Farm enough!
The lodge was extremely clean and had everything needed for the best weekend.
The facilities were great, the pizza oven, bbq and hot tub were all fantastic and easy to use.
We had the loveliest break and will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic week end at Winchcombe Farm. Everything was perfect, including the birthday banner and cup cakes for my daughter whose birthday we were celebrating . Thank you so much it was a lovely extra touch. A beautiful spot, couldn’t have been better. We were sad to leave .

This place is a hidden gem, I’m so glad we found it, George’s getaway was pristine, it was cleaned to a very high standard, it smelled clean upon arrival. When we arrived there was a welcome pack with fruit, tea, coffee and milk, we had also ordered a birthday cake and a birthday banner was hanging over the entrance. The hot tub was a massive winner and the heated outdoor dome was gorgeous! There was a little farmyard on the doorstep and we loved going over and petting the ponies, one morning we were there at feeding time and a lady let my children feed the ponies an apple. There were sheep wandering around, coming right up to our gate. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and we will 100% be coming again.

We had a lovely recent stay at Winchcombe Farm. The whole family thought the site and accommodation was fantastic. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. The kids loved the llamas and the hot tub, and we were welcomed with some fruit and cake which was a great treat! Highly recommended and would happily visit again.

Such an idyllic place and setting. The accommodation was fantastic with such attention to detail. The furniture and accessories throughout were top quality. The view from the lodge was stunning and the farm animals were an added bonus. The host was attentive but also left us to do our thing. And mustn't forget to mention the delicious cake and welcome package we recieved on arrival. Perfect! Highly recommend this place if you want somewhere to relax. We ate at the Castle at Edgehill on the Sunday and their roast was delicious and the locals in the shop down the hill were really welcoming too. Will definitely be going back for more soon!!

We stayed in Jess tree Bach and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. A perfect few family days away!

We were extremely happy with absolutely everything. The attention to detail was 100%.
Clean, well equipped, very comfortable, location was private and beautiful. Hot tub, barbecue, pizza oven, outside space and the sky viewing bedroom was awesome. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning 😀.
