I have been signed up for a subscription that I new nothing about, when I emailed them to cancel it I was told that they do not sell or manage subscription to individuals and suggested that I bought the product through Amazon which I most definitely did not.

Basically smells like they decanted from supermarket own brand detergent - no smell of patchouli what so ever. Also I ordered 2 different laundry liquids and was sent a fabric softener instead of one of the detergents. 2 stars not 1, as it should technically wash my laundry ...

I was given samples of this washing liquid at a festival.
Loving the smell, their ethics and they also, most importantly, clean my clothes. I’ve now signed up for regular supplies.
Would recommend getting some samples to try.

Last order was sent via Evri and predictably went missing. It eventually was delivered by my RM Postman who found it at another address. So I emailed Wilton who promised to ensure all future deliveries would be with DHL. My subscription delivery details were sent today and guess who is delivering? Yes EVRI. I have now asked that my subscription be cancelled.
I would rather pay more for a RM/DHL delivery than be stuck with Evri who fail to deliver 99% of the time here.

Change your courier!!!!!! I'm not the only one with this issue.

So no more subscription for me. I will happily buy from a shop but the delivery service is not acceptable.

No doubt will have to chase the non delivery again when Evri fail to deliver.

Beautiful items from Wilton that not only smell amazing but do the job too. Subscribing is great value and really flexible. Delivery is super fast and packaging is good. I have been with Wilton for sometime now and love their items and wouldn't be without them now!!

I really love the smell of the Wilton laundry liquid. I purchased the bottle of Santal on the basis that the perfumes listed sounded lovely, and I wasn’t disappointed. Gorgeous fragrance.

I’ll definitely try some more of the range and will absolutely purchase again.

Iv’e received my 2nd order from Wilton and just love the smell of Patchouli.
(I would prefer them to use refill pouches though!)
Wilton have in my opinion got it right as products are not gloopy so the laundry feels clean and the smell lingers unlike others I have tried.
Very happy with Wilton and would be happy recommending it to friends and family.

I've had the jasmine laundry liquid and fabric softener. Also the cedarwood. Both very nice cedarwood has a stronger smell. Seems to wash everything well.

What can I say about this company?
Laundry liquid and fabric conditioner doesn't get any better - simple.
If you like gorgeous smelling clothes on the people you hug, lovely scents on soft towels when you've showered and falling asleep with linen that has a wonderful aroma, then you should definitely give Wilton a try.
I won't use any other product now, buy the bulk boxes and have them delivered in my favourite scents.
The Eco friendly ethics and the easy way I can get or postpone deliveries are a huge draw too. It may seem expensive compared to other liquids available but for me there is no compromise.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
I bought Laundry detergent and signed up for a monthly subscription. The product is good if your clothes are not stained, however very poor at stain removal. I purchased Santal and Cedarwood both smell lovely no complaints there. My complaint is a warning to others, after cancelling my subscription I was charged £29:99 the next month. I emailed Wilton who replied and stated my subscription had been cancelled by them. WRONG I cancelled the month before? I have sent 6 emails asking them to explain how they were able to charge my debit card after I cancelled my subscription but they have failed to reply on every occasion. After I was charged this month i immediately checked my Wilton account which stated subscription cancelled. Think very carefully before signing up to a subscription. Very bad customer service when you have a complaint.

Been using Wilton laundry liquid for a year or so and I highly recommend it. I also give their customer service top marks as they will rectify any problems. Evri used my parcel as a football and Wilton sent out replacements for my damaged order the next day.

It is the most gorgeous smelling product, but sadly I’m still awaiting my delivery !!

Beautiful products, well packaged and delivered quickly.

Was really looking forward to the lasting scent on bed linen after reading the reviews. Took the washing out to dry . No nice scent whatsoever. Added extra as recommended on the bottle too. Wont be buying again .

I ordered from Wilton London and my parcel was destroyed during delivery which was Evri’s fault. I messaged Wilton London who says they were really sorry for my experience and sent out a new order straight away.
My order arrived next day and I’m really happy the cedarwood scent it leave your washing smelling beautiful.
I will definitely be purchasing from this company again and thank them for the great customer service.

I never thought I would find a scent I liked as much as their lavender, however I have! I like the Cedarwood just as much, so shall no doubt alternate the use of them.
Prompt delivery, well packaged, queries answered promptly and advice given, what more could anyone ask for?

There is nothing like sweet smelling, laundered bedding!
Over the years, I have quite often ‘unscrewed the lids of washing liquids ‘in store’ and have a good strong sniff before buying! It’s always disappointing,
never do they smell of what it says on the bottle!
Until along came Wilton! The smell is unmistakably what it says on the bottle. And what’s more not a synthetic smell! A proper genuine perfume that makes my bedding smell fresh! Thank you Wilton!
