Lovely Sofa but Poor Service
The sofa is lovely and comfortable. The design and the materials are fabulous. But the delivery team left obvious black marks on the sofa. We raised this and they finally arranged someone to clean for today which I made myself available at home to wait, but they did not turn up without any contacts. I love the sofa but the service is far from ideal.

The website is really informative particularly measurements.
Communication and updates on my order were excellent. Although I was happy to go ahead from the details on the website I was sent a fabric sample to ensure it was acceptable. I felt Willow and Hall went that extra mile.
Our new Appley 4 seater sofa bed has had the seal of approval from our grandson....who always wants it to be his bed at our house!

Atworth 2 Seater Sofa Bed…
I ordered the Atworth 2 Seater Sofa Bed in Almond Velvet. I was worrying about ordering online without viewing and seeing it personally, but I needn't have. I am so pleased. It's well made and comfortable to sit on, I upgraded to Siliconized Hollow Fibre. Yet to be slept on a full night but felt ok when just laid on it to see. Delivery went ok, bit of a tight fit through the front door, they had to remove the feet, putting them back on once in the room.

Beautiful armchair
I purchased an armchair and I am really pleased with the quality, style and colour. Delivery was really fast and efficient, just four weeks from date of order.
This is my second purchase from Willow and Hall and I would highly recommend this company for their quality service and products.

Excellent service throughout.
From selection to delivery, the purchase of my bed/settee was an enjoyable experience.
Very helpful staff, fabric swatches provided - even though I did not request them and kind, careful delivery team; who took all packaging away and carefully showed me how to open/ close the bed.
My first weekend visitor expressed how comfortable and supportive the bed was.
Excellent service throughout. I would certainly recommend this company.

I ordered two single sofa beds for my…
I ordered two single sofa beds for my grand children's room and they fit in perfectly. The size and colour is exactly what I wanted and they arrived pretty much exactly when the company said they would once the order was placed. They are really well made and are ideal. Would have no qualms about recommending and using Willow and Hall in the future if I ever needed more.
Also I must add that the company Willow and Hall used. who delivered the sofa beds were also first class. Lovely couple of guys who again came exactly when they said they would.

It’s a great sofa bed. I loved that you could pick your sofa covering and colour, type of mattress and other customisable things when ordering. It’s a good price for the quality of sofa bed. The delivery was excellent. Very friendly and efficient guys. Placed the sofa exactly where needed. Unpacked everything and took away all packaging. Made sure we checked over the sofa and showed us how to pull out the bed and put it together again. Very comfortable as a sofa and looks beautiful. Haven’t slept in the bed personally but my folks have and apparently it’s very comfortable. Excellent.

Absolutely love our new sofa from Willow & Hall!
The pale pink colour is absolutely beautiful, soft, elegant, and it fits perfectly with our décor. The fabric feels so luxurious and high-quality. The sofa bed is incredible, surprisingly comfy and so easy to pull out, making it perfect for guests. The storage in the chaise is a brilliant bonus, really spacious and practical. From the showroom to our front room, the whole experience was seamless. Delivery was quick, and the service throughout was outstanding. You can really tell the craftsmanship and care that’s gone into this piece. Couldn’t recommend Willow & Hall more highly!

3-seater sofa bed
I liked the various options in size and material finish available from Willow & Hall’s range of sofa beds and all at a reasonable price for the expected quality. I wasn’t disappointed on delivery. The 3-seater sofa bed fitted perfectly into the designated space and the material colour Ember was spot on for my decor match. It’s a solid piece of furniture and I’m very pleased with the comfort level although the bed format hasn’t been tested yet. All in all, very pleased and I would highly recommend both the furniture quality and the service.

A sofa bed for comfort.
I needed a sofa bed in case my spine deteriorated further and I would therefore need to remain on the ground floor for a while.
I had looked at many websites over a number of months and many were either too expensive or their website didn’t describe or show their product well enough.
Having almost given up I looked again at Willow and Hall, drawn to the company because of their excellent website and in ‘clearance’ I found exactly what I was looking for and needed.
The sofa is perfect in every way, so comfortable, some sofa beds are hard to sit on but this is just right.
The mattress is just what I need for my spine, reflex foam, and thick enough for support. The cushions are feather wrapped foam and so comfortable.
The delivery was extremely quick, within 7 days and the delivery team were very helpful and unpacked, demonstrated the sofa bed mechanism and removed all of the packing. I am entirely satisfied and extremely happy with my sofa bed from Willow and Hall, thank you.

I love my sofa!
It's quite nerve-wracking ordering furniture online as you don't know how it will feel once delivered, but I can't fault any part of the process. The sofa exceeds my expectations, is so comfy, the fabric is lovely and to top it all off, it was delivered in 3 weeks, when I was stated 5! Delivery guys were only a few minutes late, but were so helpful and nice, they even let me vacuum where my old horrible sofa had been before bringing the new one in! Perfect! I have no hesitation recommending Willow & Hall and will certainly order again in the future.

Ordered on line , very straightforward, all the options explained . I had received fabric samples picked one of those and the order was done . It could have been worrying ordering without seeing the sofa bed first but all went well . Delivery was Ok and the packaging was robust and taken away by the delivery men .

From the start the web site made it very easy to find what I was looking for. The fabric sample arrived quickly and, once we had pick which we liked, ordering the furniture could not have been easier.
