The black hole of customer support
I notified them about some chocolates that I purchased as a gift which were really bad to the point of inedible.
Customer service is appalling.
No telephone number.
Emails don't get answered.
Their support web form is a black hole.
It's either total ineptitude or arrogance...I suspect the latter.

Good chocolate but truly terrible…
Good chocolate but truly terrible packaging. They use metallic plastic film that cannot be recycled and hangs around indefinitely. There are a number of good alternatives widely available. Willie's you are shamed.

One should be suspicious that there isn’t a telephone number on the website. Above talking to the common folk are we?
I ordered over £100’s of bars on 24th September, still not arrived, no apology, no communication.

Chocolate is great, customer service is bad
I waited over a month to recieve a chocolate tasting box. After waiting a long time to be replied to, they finally sent me out another box for free. To wait this long I would expect to be sent at least 1 free item to apologise for the delay.

Woeful customer service
Having ordered almost £60 worth of chocolate online, for Easter, on the morning of Sat 27th March, 8 days before Easter Sunday, I made the mistake of taking the information presented on the invoice at face value. Their invoice for the transaction reads, verbatim, as follows "Royal Mail Untracked 3-4 Days (Your order qualifies for free UK shipping)". When the chocolate did not arrive in time for Easter, and I had the temerity to complain, I was berated at length for failing to read their full terms and conditions, which say that it can take 21 days for delivery unless you pay more for their premium delivery option. Their email response was remarkable for the total absence of apology, remorse or regret. The chocolate eventually turned up after 18 days had elapsed, which apparently is in line with their published terms and conditions. Useless, uncaring, and undeserving of the public's trust.
