Broken iphone
My grandson's phone wouldn't charge and the
Screen was cracked really badly.So found William repair house ,it's local to us but hadn't known about them,read some of the reviews and decided to send it to them.very easy process once I knew what I was doing.Dropped it off and I received it back today, new charging port and new screen amazing .As its an iPhone I expected it to be really expensive but it was a bargain .I will definately use this company again and will tell my friends and family, first rate service .it also works perfectly so a big thank you .

We understand that you had an issue with your phone after the initial repair, and we were more than willing to address and fix the issue under warranty. However, you chose to take your phone to another repair shop instead of allowing us the opportunity to rectify the problem.
As per our refund policy, in order to be eligible for a refund, customers must bring the phone back to us for us to fix the issue before considering a refund. Despite you taking your phone elsewhere, we still offered you a partial refund if you returned our part to us.
By taking your phone elsewhere, you have voided your warranty with us and unfortunately, we are unable to issue a full refund in this case. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we hope that you will consider giving us another chance in the future.

Excellent mobile phone repair
Having used WRH some time ago for a screen replacement I had no hesitation to return when a battery replacement was needed for my mobile. Again the service was timely, efficient & at reasonable cost.

Quick service and easy to use.
Dropped my Google Pixel 7 and the screen wasn't working - spoke to Joe and he gave me a quote and explained the process. Dropped the phone off at the convenient and easy to use drop-off point, it was fixed and returned to me same day.
Had a minor problem with front camera but it was no issue for them - dropped the phone off again and was returned same day.
Would highly recommend.

Unbeatable Service
My phone broke and I thought it might’ve been damage to the charging port. I dropped my phone off in the convenient drop off box. I got a message to say the fault was with the battery, I got quoted a great price for the repair and asked them to go ahead. Within 24 hours my phone was diagnosed, fixed and returned to my home. The service from Williams repair house is second to none and I won’t be going anywhere else if I have any problems in the future!
