Was a little dubious about dropping off my phone and waiting for it to be returned to me so I read the reviews and all seemed great. Got a quote (cheaper than previous ones too). Dropped my phone off securely at 2pm was fixed and delivered back to my home address by 5.30pm. Screen was smashed and a new one needed. You do have to leave them a password or code for your phone but they do say you can take your Sim out for anyone worrying. They also need another means of contacting you but I had messenger on a different device. Would highly recommend.

Very fast and efficient service. We needed a replacement iPhone screen urgently. Even though we were very close to closing time when dropped off it was completed and well within the time quoted. Quality job done too.

I dropped off iPhone for a battery replacement, after booking it in and paying on the website. It was hand-delivered back to me, sorted, within 2 hours (I live nearby). Excellent communications too. Would use again.

I need the whole screen replacing on a fire 10 tab & adding screen protector great service I was guided to a drop off box, where to leave my tablet & payment.
I recieved it back all done after 3days.
I was kept upto date with what was happening with my tablet all through process.
