Scam gambling site, constantly asking you to deposit and will not let you withdraw. Apple should not allow them to be an app as they are fraudulent

Absolute garbage. Scam site do NOT use or deposit real money its fake

So annoyed i won up to £20 (bonus) win and it wouldnt let me withdraw my money -.- so i thought if i depoist £10 it might let me withdraw £30 nope so i gambled my (real cash) £10 and lost it as it wouldnt let me withdraw my £10 so for some weird reason :S they are complete scum bags if i could report there company to the police i would people please do not waste your time & money into the crap fake website

They have to be the WORST company I respect of their willingness to payout any funds. Their ID process is in place to prevent money being released and I feel extremely sorry for those who don’t have the id’s to be able to move along their process. Terrible service and a fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Leaving this review so people don't freak out like I did when I came here and read them. I had a large withdrawal of around £3000 at the start of the year and after reading here didn't think I would see a penny. The verification process is awful, the photo ID will not work whatever you try, you need to send them an email with this document, it took a few days to verify but it did happen. The other documents you can use the uploader onsite without issues. Once I was verified I had the money next day. Withdrew £155 yesterday and that arrived in my account today, around 24 hours later. I feel for anyone that has had problems, I was so stressed at first thinking I had been scammed but it has not been the case for me. Give them 2/3 days to respond and be polite in the emails. Hope this helps!

Loses 1 star just due to the verification process being more stressful than needed and the £2.50 withdrawal fee isn't necessary in my opinion.

Don't ask for ID to deposit or play but then will not allow withdrawals until you provide ID. Also charge £2.50(!) to withdraw.

Edit: ID verification completed but they still refuse to allow me to withdraw my own money.

Disgusting behaviour from a gambling site, refusing withdrawals until verified and even then charge a fee and making the verification process nigh on impossible.... I have been ROBBED. Don't touch these people
