It is very good site as long as you deposit money . As soon as you like to withraw you have to wait and wait and wait and then wait again to be verified. If you win again then again you wait wait wait send 10 email and no one answer you . So in total is great site while you lose money . Rubbish when you win.

Do not join this site. You cannot get out any winnings. They take your money but then won’t let you withdraw. Any winnings go as bonus so that you cannot with draw.

Had a nice win on Friday playing slots, withdrew my winnings. Never had problems withdrawing in the past with this site. But as this was a higher amount £695 they asked for my ID. Sent this twice on there website. Message back saying my id doesn’t match details on the account. Which it does clearly.

Live chat you can’t get through, sent 3 x emails to them, no reply. I appreciate it’s been back holiday but I’ve had no response whatsoever.

Did the signup bonus won £236 after wagering bonus funds. Withdrew £200 and account immediately locked which was a big red flag however I just needed to send an email and verify my ID and the money hit my bank on the Monday (don’t think they work weekends). Then I tried another withdrawal and it’s locked my account again. I guess this is their process which I’ve never experienced before and is frustrating not to get withdrawals instantly like most casinos offer.

Good casino to play games on. Also let me win a few times. Only problem was when withdrawing money it takes time due to money laundering. Email them, receive no response. So started online chat through website. Spoke to an agent within 30 minutes the money was in my account and an apology, they just needed to see bank card which I'd deposit the money on. Was getting worried after seeing reviews, will be playing again 🙂

I received the 1000 bonus, played all the wagering requirements, I have more than $3Million in my account , I was asked to verify my account when it was time to withdraw, and I was told to pay $150 .
