I don't care to do reviews but man they really pushed me to do it. Look, I'm gonna be honest...it's a pretty good service but their issue is their subtle scamming tendencies. They are deceptive and malicious in their practices. It is hard to cancel and when you ask for a refund, they will make it seem as if you are authenticating it even though they make it difficult. You can request cancellation and have to make sure to check your email and if your email preferences are off, it's up in the air if its canceled. I would not suggest giving them your credit card information. They promised me a free week trial but when they saw that PNC blocked the payments, they resorted to ignoring me. I guarantee you they are making good money. They saw ONE CUSTOMER whose credit card was being blocked and refused to honor the free week even though I obviously would sign up if I wanted an extension. They are so greedy they unnecessarily damage customer relationships for it. If you can't get access to someones card, don't let them use the service I guess, even when you had promised them you would give them a trial. They are partnered with many other services and I would only suggest using these due to the service being descent. An added note, there are bots on these sites and messages can be automated at times. Be prepared to have difficulty cancelling if you sign up. Oh yeah, you accounts are never deleted so make sure to remove pics and information
What is funny about all this is they will respond to this after being notified by email even though I had been emailing and getting ignored. This really is just a pinpoint example of how companies go from 8-10/10 all the way down to 1/10 because of sad stuff like this. Just stress
