The staff and other members were so lovely and welcoming, it’s the perfect beginner friendly class! It’s a lovely way to work out, it doesn’t feel like exercise it’s just good fun

Today was my first class at the fitness aerial class! Wow! What a work out! Was harder than expected but a great work out and real fun! The teacher was very helpful!

Amazing first time

Aerial hoop
I had an aerial hoop taster session with Wild Dance fitness - @wild_at_heart_dance on social media. 🩷 I found out about the taster through their newsletter that I signed up for earlier this year.
The studio — and its amazing owner/instructor — are so welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring! I loved every minute of it.
I wish I had more time (and a bit more funds! 😅) to dive into the classes properly. Right now, I’m already juggling gym 3x a week, chair burlesque, a full-time job, and activism — but I know this isn’t the end of my journey with Wild At Heart. They’re just too awesome to miss out on! 💫

Excellent work out
Becky made us feel welcome from the minute we walked in, even though we were all really nervous she put us at ease.
Good session and Becky linked all the moves to Halloween.
Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back :).

Brilliant hour and a half
Brilliant hour and a half, some challenging exercises for me as a osteo arthritic lady, however this wasn't as big a challenge with the patience and helpfulness of Becky. Thank you. 😊 x
