HORRIBLE site!! The site is filled with art thefts. My art was stolen by them and when I tried to file for a complaint and copyright infringement, they kept asking me to create an account. I've sent all proofs of ownership of my art when they asked for it and they didn't do anything about it, it's almost as if they were siding with the sellers. The worst part is that they only allow specific countries (about 10 or so) to make an account so if you are not from those countries listed, you can't file any complaints for copyright infringement. In other words, they are protecting their sellers that are selling unauthorized products. They won't take the products down or do anything about it if your work has been stolen!!! CS is EXTREMELY slow, so I had to keep spamming them with 'hello's for every single time I want them to reply. It's taken me 2 days to finally get into contact with CS on their site, and they take about 20 minutes to give a single reply.

This is the worst service I have ever used in my life. Don't ever use that.

1. You have to wait until your delivery for weeks, it NEVER arrives on time.
2. You have zero idea when exactly your order is supposed to be delivered. You will get surprised when it is suddenly being delivered when you are not even at home.
3. Notifications don't work properly. App is awful.
4. Support is essentially absent, I have requested information about my parcels a few times, and they gave me the same standard meaningless phrase with zero help.

Don't ever use this garbage.

Просто ужасный сервис , списывают деньги с карты беж повода ! Сервис поддержки не работает , на письма на sales@wildberies конкретного решения проблемы вы никогда не получите . Так что лучшее вообще не пользоваться этим сервисом !

Много "магазинов" с несуществующими товарами. Ты заказываешь товар, он висит какое-то время, никто его не собирает и не отправляет, а через какое-то время заказ автоматически отменяется.

Absolute garbage. Slow, incompetent! Been waiting on my delivery for weeks now. It'd be faster to buy from Amazon and ship via Onex/Globbing. Moreover, they now charge 2000-3000AMD when you decline the order. It used to be 450. The quality of products is trash!

Вы там совсем с ума соши. Пришли бусины НА НИТКЕ не того цвета, который стоит на картинке продавца ( может уже вечность). Отказано из-за этого в возврате. Вы там в погоне за прибылью мозги растеряли совсем?

Worst store I have ever dealt with. What country is this and the store.

I ordered an item 20 days ago. It was supposed to come during a week after ordering. But till now every day it shows that I'll receive the order 'Tomorrow'. Still waiting...

Die Ware wurde nie geliefert, das Geld wurde auch nicht zurück überwiesen. Support kann nicht helfen. Schlecht.

I ordered twice in the beginning of February. I received a tracking number around the 16th of February. soon after the war in Ukraine started and obviously the packages weren’t going to be delivered anymore. I contacted Wildberries and asked for a refund because the delivery service meest let me know the deliveries have been stopped. The told me I will get a refund as soon as they have the items again. It has been 2 months of be consistently contacting them and never received a refund. They are also not responding to my emails anymore. Do not recommend! Terrible customer service.

I doubted whether I should place an order on this site, since this marketplace has a very bad reputation in Russia. Unfortunately, my doubts were confirmed and I was convinced from my own experience how badly this company treats its customers.
I ordered 15 items from Wildberries UK. The delivery took almost a month and I received only seven items. After continuous correspondence with the customer service, I managed to return the cost of the eight undelivered items. I also asked for a refund of the shipping cost including taxes, but I was only refunded £5 for the shipping and the shipping cost me £32.42. I do not recommend anyone to shop on this marketplace, because in case of problems, you will not be able to return your money for the delivery, and the customer service will ignore your requests. So, do not waste your money, nerves and time, it's a bad service.

Delivery problems.
Their partner failed to deliver the package to my address, they decided to deliver it to a random pickup point instead without notifying me. I got my money back for the items but not for delivery - they said "we tried and it's not free". Avoid this company.

Nur ein Teil der Bestellung ist angekommen, kein Kontakt mit dem Shop.

Habe da schon 4 Mal bestellt, alles super gelaufen.
Bei einer Bestellung fehlte mir ein Teil, habe sie per Email angeschrieben, nach 10 min kam schon die Antwort, dass storniert, nach paar Tagen war Geld zurück erstattet worden.
Die Qualität ist super! Habe für mich und Kinder bestellt, nur auf Bewertungen geachtet.
Ich musste keine Einfuhrzölle und Umsatzsteuer nachzahlen, obwohl alle Bestellungen über 100 Eur waren
Da bestelle ich noch Mal!

Ware bestellt, für 150,- mit Beschriftung alle Zolle und Versand zahlt Wildberries, nach eine Woche kam Brief von Einfuhrzoll für 62,- EXTA, Verkäufer uneinsichtig, frech, keine Rücknahme der Ware, GROSEN BOGEN um diesen Laden Machen!!!!
