Nichts passiert die trackingnr.zeigt immer das gleiche haben uns auf die Bestellung verlassen durch die nichtlieferung konnte ich eine Arbeitsstelle nicht antreten da ich nicht mobil bin wie ich gehofft habe. Wir werden den Verbraucherschutz informieren und die Staatsanwaltschaft denn das sieht schwer nach Betrug aus...mfg
I ordered an Icelandic lava charm from this store. Less than a month later, the lava has fallen out. I contacted the store & was promised a replacement. A month later, no replacement & my emails go unanswered. Extremely disappointing. I am still hoping that they rectify this. I will update this review accordingly.
Purchased a glass item right before the store closed as a Christmas gift. I and the clerk didn't check it (that's partly on me).
When I gave it we found it was damaged.
Came back the day after Christmas. Clerk on duty wouldn't exchange or refund. Clerk who was on duty that night said he checked it and it was fine then (he didn't). Both clerks insinuated that I was lying.
Clerk on duty also told at least 5 other customers wanting to pay for things to "come back later" while she was dealing with this.
So, not recommended based on staff rudeness and handling.
Other stores within walking distance have many of the same things this store has, you'll do well to go to those instead.

WORST reseller ever!
I purchased 2 Penzim Gel on 3rd May 2021 and still haven't received any products. A few times they've responded via email and told me it's on its way, but now they don't respond at all when I claim I want my money back.
I have been waiting for 4 months now to get my sweater. I have sent a number of contact us messages, but no response at all!
I will not be buying anything from them again. They keep sending me emails for other products, but no response to my inquiries about my sweater. It doesn't even qualify as the worse customer servise I have had because there hasn't been any.

PERFECT! I was searching for a nordic/scandinavian sweater & came upon Nordic Store. The sweater is true to the store's claims. "Virgin" wool soft and true fit. Delivery was on schedule, even through the recent blizzard. Oh did I mention the sweater is good as stand alone for 30°F or layering for 29°F or below. THANK YOU
I am having a terrible time with my order from this store. Tempted by their Black Friday offers, I bought about five Christmas presents in last month. The postage was very expensive, about £40, but I paid it anyway since I wanted the items. I then received a request from DHL Express a couple of days later by text message to my phone asking me to pay duty on the parcel before they would deliver it. I thought this must be a fraudulent scam since I have never before received a request to pay duty on goods ordered online so I didn't pay it. I think that if import duty was likely on my order Nordic Store had a responsibility to warn its customers about this on their order invoice. There had been no such warning when I placed the order or I might have thought twice. Together, the postage and packing and the duty would have come to £75 on top of the amount I paid for the goods. No wonder Nordic Store avoid warning customers about it. DHL had a page on their site about Fraud so I reported the text message to them as a scam and got an acknowledgement and thanks back from DHL. Turns out the request to pay tax was legitimate, my parcel sat a Gatwick Airport for several days before being returned to Nordic Store!! I have had only one email back from Nordic Store in response to my several requests for information and they have still not resolved the matter one week away from Christmas. I spent £162 online with them, have not received my order and am now not getting any replies back to my emailed requests. I would like either my order to be sent to me or a refund paid back into my account. I am really fed up with Nordic Store and will not order from them again. I wish they would reply and tell me what they are intending to do with my order. Very very frustrating! I have also reported to DHL that their system of asking people to pay tax on parcels by tapping on their mobile phones does not inspire confidence and that it would be better if they would deliver parcels to your door before asking for extra tax so that at least you could see that you were getting your parcel. Let down on two counts by poor systems at DHL and at Nordic Store.
I was interested in buying a piece of jewellery from this website, and emailed them THREE times to ask a couple simple questions. I got no response at all.
I wouldn't buy from these people now, since I would not feel confident that I could contact them if there was a problem with my order.
