Good lightweight walking shoes delivered on time

Not good to put together and there was a screw missing at the bottom.

Bought a blanket from them, thought they were UK based company, but now it shows they are located in Spain. Quality of the blanket is appalling, Chinese crap. The get a refund is impossible, noone answers for weeks. And when they do, they send u from one customer support assistant to another without any help to reach resolution. Anyways, contacted my credit card company and got my money back. Hopefully people will check the comments on here and will not buy from them ever again. This company is dodgy as hell.

It was fine. Took rather a long time to come. But it fits well and does the job. Convenient to fit on to the garden hose.

I ordered from this company because they provided a product I couldn’t find elsewhere. There was some confusion re: my address - I paid using Apple Pay but was still asked to confirm the delivery address by email. Once that was done all went smoothly, however.

This company is a sham. One star is too much! The product - snowboots- looked good but was not waterproof/not warm on the soles of your feet/ not fit for purpose. They took ages to arrive. I wore them once on wet grass and got wet, cold feet. Communication is slow/elusive or impossible. They try to avoid dealing with complaints despite a 'satisfaction' guarantee and copious evidence sent.
Do NOT use.

Product not as described and very poor quality. These are not barefoot shoes as advertised, and the item includes a misspelled “SINSE 1983” label that was not shown in the product images. Customer service refuses to accept a return and only sends generic responses. Would not recommend.

If I could give less than one star I would.
I ordered slippers for a Christmas present in December. They were never delivered, I sent many emails and also tried to call but their phone was always busy. I had no replies to emails.
Now at the end of March they have been in touch to ‘help’ I have asked for a refund but they say they only refund if the goods are damaged or faulty. Despite me telling them many times that the items weren’t delivered, they still quote their refund policy and refuse to reimburse me.
For your own financial interests I’d advise to stay away from this firm.

This company stinks - absolutely zero customer support. Will not engage with me despite the fact they have taken two payments for one order.

AVOID! They say that this product has 4.6/5 stars with 1,500 reviews on Trustpilot, it does not and there is good reason. They say there is a no quibble refund, they lie. I contacted them at the beginning of the year when my new fountain's filter needed to be replaced and it seems it is impossible to get replacement filters for the fountain. When you contact customer service "Maria" replies back with useless holding emails that just kicks the query down the road without providing answers to questions or anything resembling useful support. The fountain is nice, it's silent, my cats love it, but it's of no use to me if I can't run it post the first filter needing to be replaced. If you're looking for a water fountain for your pet, look elsewhere as this company are making false claims of refunds and offer useless customer support.

Really comfortable walking sandals, exactly as pictured and described, and looking a bit different from the usual. All communication with company clear and efficient.

I'd never have ordered if I knew my backpack was produced in/coming from China. Accept this was partially my fault because didn't read the site FAQs/small print, but wasn't made clear enough on the actual product listing & on check-out. I only realised when it was taking much longer than expected to arrive. I care about sustainability and ethics, and have concerns about my products coming from that far away. I hope the factory these likely come from are meeting basic human rights. I'll consider adjusting this score if info on the manufacturers, for example a weblink to their online presence, and clear evidence, not just assurance, they are ethical can be commented on this review.

There's no point me returning it now. I haven't properly tested the backpack yet, so may also adjust this score once it's been used at full capacity and in heavy rain. It does look really thin and potentially flimsy, but other reviewers did comment positively, so can't really confirm quality and durability yet.

There is no return policy with this company unless the item(s) are damaged or a mistake has been made by the company. If you don’t like the product- tough- they will not refund you.

Typical scam. the 'thing' that arrived was nothing like the coat on line,it was a scam.The company say they are in Spain, but it's Chinese.The so called coat, was so thin & cheap I wouldn't even wear it to clean the house!.
It was £70.00.,but not even worth £5.00!

I don't buy anything from Chinese companies & always check rating before buying anything, but I foolishly trusted this was a Spanish company,& as it wasn't cheap, thought it was genuine. My mistake, will always check in future.
If this has saved you from buying from this company, then at least some good has come out of it.

Their website reviews are cut and pasted and repeated constantly, after the first couple of pages, they don’t even bother to leave much space between the duplicates so it becomes more and more obvious - basically beware that their glowing reviews on their website seem to be completely fictitious! Only 5 and a few 4 stars on their website despite several really bad reviews on Trust Pilot. Makes you wonder why?!?!

Battery life is nowhere near “months” as advertised — it only lasts a few days. The light switches off after about 30 seconds, making it impractical to use. Customer support also makes the return process unnecessarily difficult. Even impossible

Bought 3 heated body warmers, they took nearly a month to be delivered, I bought an XL for my wife so it could be warn over layers of clothes and still feel comfortable, she tried hers on within an hour of delivery and it was extremely small and tight with only a T shirt underneath and to be honest the quality was shocking so I contacted them straight away to request return and refund, they replied saying at that moment they could not process my request as they had not got confirmation of delivery. Later that day I contacted again with my request and they replied that my reason for return was not within their returns policy so it was denied even though the website states 100% refund guaranteed if you are unhappy for any reason within 90 days no questions asked.
After countless emails I contacted the UK International Consumer Centre and a case has been launched they also advised me to contact my payment provider to request assistance with getting my money back which I have done. Time will tell but AVOID THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT.
They are nothing but scammers

Wished to exchange a jacket I purchased for my husband for Christmas - I emailed before New Year to exchange for a size larger - just got an email today (after several prompts) to say that in view of the time lapse they are unable to exchange. What a joke.
